Audio Dreams — Local services in La Verne

I have to say that I really needed to take the time to write this as these guys really do deserve a good write up, I really don't do write up's as Im a very honest person and at times too picky as to what I want and how I want it. First I looked them up on Google just by looking for a new head unit for my new F250 and I wanted an Alpine, I then called them and I was greeted by Sam which I find out is one of the principals, we speak for about a good 15-minutes and I got a good vibe so I made a u-turn and headed over to their shop, I told them that I have passed by this shop over 100x times never knew it. After I told them what I was looking for as I had already done my research we came up with a plan as to install an Alpine Halo and I was excited. Jason then started talking to me very kindly and not pushing the envelope about additional items, but the person that I am I started asking questions about their amazing display of high-end products so we started picking each other brain, at the end we had a built sheet as long as their counter a full system with Mosconi Amps, Focal Speakers and a custom Bass box with a custom digital monitor and DSP. I felt like it was xmas and I was not mad about the 6 digit $ dollars I just had spent, they schedule my truck and the day came and I was still excited about my purchase, as after I went home and looked up every item to check on pricing, these guys were very fair and to the fact that some items cost more on the web. The install was great, they took their time and really cared that it being done right the first time, we had a 2 days for the install when it took 3 days and I was ok, as I rather see them do it right...Ferris is another one to mention as he went above and beyond to source all of my items in a timely manner, Tyler was always looking and checking on the status of the build and Jason kept me up to date via Text as to progress, I have my own business and I enjoy meeting professionals at what they do and most importantly they do it because they like what they do and it shows, and due to this they have now done 3x of my vehicles and they currently have my Harley. Give them a visit and tell them Felix sent you...they will get a kick of that... Thank you ALL at...

I can say with full integrity that not once have I ever reviewed, ANYTHING, for that matter. So it goes without saying that this business most definitely left an impression. From their website and electronic communication, to the shop, the service, and the level of professionalism, Audio Dreams MOST DEFINITELY HANDS DOWN deserves full 5 stars. This area is full of competition, vendors trying to lock you into anything to make a profit without taking into consideration the customer. From the moment I contacted Audio Dreams through email and received a rapid and detailed response, I knew I had to at least check them out. I’m down here on vacation from out of state, staying roughly 45 minutes from where the shop is located. Not only did they offer me a ride home, they also brought me back to the shop once the service was complete. Offering their recommendations in product as well as finance options, they took the time to hear my needs and wants and WITHOUT A RUSH fit me into a QUALITY sound system that fit my budget, and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The timely manner in which my vehicle was returned was impeccable, as well as the quality audio that completely satisfies my desires. In simple, Audio Dreams is a professional shop with a level of service and quality that will far exceed your expectations. Shout out to all the guys at the shop, specially Jay and everybody else who took part in the installation of my killer...

We give Audio Dreams the score of 10 out of 5 . I was planning to sell my beautiful 2004, low mileage Lexus SC 430 convertible because it lacked all the latest electronic safety features. When Tyler , at AudionDreams, explained that he could update my car to current safety technology without altering the appearance and at a very reasonable price, my husband said: "too good to be true!" But after careful research and vetting, we decided to place my car in the hands of Audio Dreams. Not only were we not disappointed, we were blown away. The back-up camera, side blind spot sensors, and new integrated top-of the -line audio system are exceptional. We received everything they promised and more. They were impeccably careful and kept in constant communication with us until the job was completed. If you are considering selling an older car simply because it lacks current electronic safety technology, reconsider: this is the Go-To-Place!
