Panda Express — Restaurant in La Vista

A young lady who took our order and serve our food, wasn't knowledgeable enough about the food items to improve customer dining experience and satisfaction. In addition, wait time and efficiency could improve immensely having someone on the line that knows how to address new guests visiting their restaurant by making them feel valued and respected. I didn't see her name tag. She was wearing glasses. This under-trained employee customer service skills needs improving and coaching for her to know professionalism determines the success of any establishment. Overall food temps are adequate, drinks / condiment area was maintained as well the parking lot with no visible trash. I only rated this location (2) stars. Based on the interaction I saw the young lady had with the family in front of me and myself. I gave the food, food appeal and food temperatures (4) stars. Service (1) star. I wasn't going to give any stars for service, nevertheless any employee wanting to improve can. This location didn't deliver the normal Asian dining experience good food, professionalism and respect that I have experienced at other locations. I didn’t want to post this review but after 3 separate visits and a lot of wasted money, we won’t be returning for a while.

The food is wildly inconsistent and the only thing we’ve enjoyed is the Beijing beef.

On one visit, we had both raw and mushy cabbage in the super greens along with completely raw broccoli. It seemed like the greens were not stirred at all during the cook. On another visit, the broccoli beef had no discernible beef, only congealed gravy and broccoli that was so overcooked it could have been baby food. We were also given a teriyaki chicken bowl with no sauce packet and ice cold chow mein underneath.

I went here a few weeks ago and had a good experience. I went tonight and after waiting in the drive thru about 10 min behind maybe 4 cars, we were told the Beijing beef wasn’t ready and could we pull around to area facing east, we drive around lot and there were no signs indicating drive thru parking. After waiting in the parking lot for almost 10 min my boyfriend went inside to check on it, they said they don’t know why it wasn’t brought out, he asks for it to be remade since it sat for so long and they tell him they’re out of beef again and we will have to wait.
