I've been a regular customer at the McDonald's in Lanoka Harbor for years and have always appreciated their reliable service and consistently good food. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, this location has taken a turn for the worse. What was once a well-run restaurant is now plagued by poor service and declining food quality.
The staff, who used to be friendly and efficient, now seem disorganized and overwhelmed. My last few visits have been frustrating, with long wait times even during non-peak hours. The orders have been incorrect more often than not, and it's clear that attention to detail has slipped significantly.
As for the food, it appears to have suffered as well. Items that used to be freshly made and hot are now lukewarm and seem hastily thrown together. It’s disappointing to see such a stark decline in a place that was once reliable and enjoyable.
I hope management can address these issues soon and bring the restaurant back to its former glory. Until then, customers might want to consider other dining options...
Read moreI believe I left a review for this McDonald's once before but I need to leave another one. Mcdonald's started a $5 bundle. I've hit a couple of McDonald's all over and no problem. This McDonald's the owner must be the cheapest person on the planet. Everywhere I've gone the $5 bundle comes with a McDouble or a McChicken a small fry, a four-piece nugget and a drink. This McDonald's is so cheap that they have to charge $6 for a McDouble and $5 for a McChicken. There is not a dollar difference between a slab of chicken and two slabs of meat. You're lucky if the whole sandwich cost you a dollar. I stop here because it's convenient to my job whenever I work in this area. Unfortunately I cannot in good conscience. Keep coming here knowing that they are ripping people off. If you take off lettuce, cheese and pickles off of a sandwich. You get no credit but if you add lettuce, cheese or pickles they up charge you. This might seem minor and frivolous to some, but in these times where the economy is very tough, every...
Read moreI had an issue with an employee about an order, I then asked politely if I could see the manager because the regular employee was basically calling me and my mother liars by saying a lot of things without saying the full actual word liars. The words lie did come out. When the actual manager came over he was even worse about the situation. Even when I had 3 adults and my 14 year old daughter agreeing with me on what I had said and asked for he still continued and he ACTUALLY called ALL of us liars and I got a little loud. We were told to get off 'his' property and to never come back. My mother went to the same location and had a very very similar situation, but over something that cost a quarter, a sauce pack for her nuggets, if u can believe that. They actually called her a liar at the drive thru window. She got heated and was told to never come back there again too. Gotta love the fact the 'The customer comes first' is fading from this world and not recognized by this generation! God...
