I’ve given this location more than enough chances, over 10 orders, and the portions are almost always disappointing. Whether I order online or in store, the bowls are consistently underfilled. Even when I select “extra,” it barely qualifies as a regular serving. I’ve had to contact customer support multiple times just to get a refund or a free entrée due to how skimpy the portions are.
Ordering in person doesn’t improve things either. I often have to ask more than once for a reasonable portion, which feels awkward and frustrating as a respectful paying customer. You’d hope that asking politely would be enough, but instead, it often feels like you’re bothering them by simply asking for what you paid for.
There is also a woman at the register who regularly comes off as rude. She often gives me a receipt before I’ve even completed my order and seems irritated when I ask to add my Chipotle rewards. A simple “Do you have rewards?” would make all the difference. Instead, I end up having to manually enter my receipt to make sure I get credit, which could easily be avoided.
That said, not everyone here is rude. There are a handful of great employees who are friendly, respectful, and actually connect with customers. I find myself hoping they’re the ones preparing my food, because they portion fairly and create a better experience overall.
The store is clean and the environment is decent, but the inconsistent service and small portions are enough to make me consider going elsewhere. I love Chipotle, but I’d rather drive to another location where portions are more reliable and the service feels more welcoming.

Read moreI frequent this particular spot because it is easily accessible and the food is great. I've been here during slow times and busy times, mostly in the afternoons or evenings. Today, I give phenomenal kuddos to Summer!!! Great job in taking care of the line all by yourself!!! Biggest observation today. She took care of a young family of 4 ahead of me with calm, ease, and absolute accuracy and professionalism. In less than 2 minutes, the line behind me grew to an additional 11 people. Summer did not bat an eye and just continued to do her job. No other employee was on the line preparingbmeals, and no other came up to the line to help her in the 20 minutes it took me to order and write this review...with a constant stream of people going in. However, interestingly, as if serving orders by herself was not enough, an employee by the name of Beck was a bit vocal about her not labeling some of the items as she was putting them together. Someone else was bagging the items while his sole job was cashering. It's not a good professional practice on his part, more of a severe lack of teamwork towards better service. I'm not sure about his position or authority, but he definitely needs some mentorship or coaching on what teamwork is about. Shouting to a coworker across the line on what she is doing wrong rather than steping up and helping is a sad and extremely poor show of character. I placed an online order and arrived at the specified time for pick-up. Upon entering the store, I noticed it was extremely dirty, with filthy tables, floors, and stools. Another customer and I arrived simultaneously, both looking for our online orders. An employee started digging through the trash can to find our mobile orders and eventually said they would start working on them.
Despite there being 6-7 employees in the store, only one was serving customers while the rest were focused on cleaning. The lady who initially spoke to us returned to cleaning instead of helping with orders. As the line of customers grew, our orders remained untouched.
After waiting for 20 minutes, a gentleman finally noticed us and began working on our orders. Other employees continued cleaning around us, creating an unpleasant experience. It took 30 minutes for my name to be called and my food to be ready.
