The customer service here is terrible. We ordered once a few weeks ago and waited almost two hours for our food. I had called multiple times after the quoted 45 minute time and was even told "the driver has left and is on his way". 30 minutes later I called to figure out what the deal was and told them I was already told the driver had left (we are 2 miles away) and they said they didn't know why I was told that and that the driver would leave soon. When the food finally arrived we were given two 10% off coupons. I went to use them today and give them another shot and the coupons didn't work so I called to figure out what to do. They told me they couldn't do 10% off and it was only online. I mentioned it was bad business and yada yada so she agreed to give me 10% over the phone. I said okay and then she went on a long RANT about how it's dinner time and everyone eats at the same time so the food would get to us "whenever it's done". Confused I said, "so about how long?" And she goes onto say how they don't have many drivers and dinner is a popular time so she doesn't know how long and that it'll be on its way whenever it's done. Long story long, terrible customer service and subpar food. If you still choose to eat here do NOT waste your money on fried rice. It's just bland white rice with a couple peas and...
Read moreThis might be by far the worst teriyaki I’ve ever been to. The service was very good, nothing to complain about that. But the two dishes we ordered was a house stir fried rice, which consisted a mix of chicken, beef and shrimp. Lee in my mind though, there was only a total of about 3 shrimp in the dish. Other than that, the weird teriyaki sauce they put in it tastes horrible. I’ve never had teriyaki sauce taste like this before. It had a weird raw meat flavor to it. So it was kind of disgusting. And also even though it’s supposed to be fried rice, the rice came steamed for some reason. The second dish that we ordered was a Japanese dinner special bento box. Also very bizarre was that the yakisoba we ordered with the bento box was nothing like yakisoba. They also put that horrible sauce on the noodles, making it all weird and wet and oily when yakisoba is supposed to be dry noodles. Overall it was a horrible experience and we are definitely not coming back. Also when the waitress asked if I wanted chopsticks, she took away the spoons for some reason. I guess the utensils here is limited. The Happy teriyaki #3 on College St is so so much better. Also if you’re looking for a decent house fried rice, the Osaka teriyaki up north in Bothell is the one to go to. Never...
Read moreWent here today at about 2pm for a late lunch with my niece and my infant. We get there and the lady seated us. About 10 minutes later she comes back and asks if we'd like anything to drink. I said I think we're ready to order too but she got a concerned look on her face and looked around then says that it will be 15-20 minutes as everyone is out to lunch. OK, no biggie. I'll get a Bubble tea and a water. She said it'll be 15 minutes for the Bubble tea. OK lol fine. She comes back awhile later to take our orders. I order mine then my niece was literally mid sentence and the lady WALKED AWAY! I have NEVER in my 35 years experienced anything like this. I was ready to walk out. My niece really wanted their sushi though so we stayed.
The service was terrible, the sushi was OK, they left my shell on my shrimp and I accidentally ate it. But it was decent aside from that. I liked the cute little strawberry garnish they did and my infant got to eat that part lol.
Overall, I was appalled at how rude the lady was. Anybody who works with the public or that has common courtesy knows that you don't just walk away from someone while they're mid order. I would rather spend more money and listen to my baby cry during a longer drive to a place that provides...
