We walk in and had never been there before. Apparently they were getting ready to close and didn't realize that. The older white man who halfway greeted us should of said were closing in 10 minutes but didn't. The younger guy was really helpful though and a pleasure to work with. After a while he informs us they're closing soon and to watch out for other guy vacuuming. He met us at register where we bought a few items we had picked out. The old white man let us out the locked front door and I apologized to old white man saying we legitimately didn't realize they were about to close when we walked in and he just snubbed me. What a jerk. I'll go back again because I like their selection but I refuse to work with that jerk! The younger gentleman working Sunday May 26 clearly enjoys what he does and I look forward to working with him in the future. He really went above and beyond. If he's not a manager. He's definitely manager material. The other guy shouldn't even work there. Didn't even have the right jeans...

I continued to browse for about 10 minutes while several associates walked passed me and made eye contact with me — still no hello… there were what appeared to be 4 associates on staff, and 3 customers in the building. I am appalled at the lack of customer service in this building. I know for a fact this is NOT what Boot Barn stands for… This was by far the WORST visit I’ve had to a boot barn in the 8 years I have been shopping with this...
Read moreIf you're a guy who is wanting a serious well made boot go somewhere else. The selection is low unless you want the cheaply made California based Cody James boot brand. They have a small actual boot selection mostly filled with cheap knock offs vs well made boots. Their clothing section is bigger than the actual boot selection (which is odd for a store named "Boot Barn") also is mostly filled with Cody James merchandise. They do have a few hidden real boots in there from Ariat or Georgia. This is more of a tourist type attraction for people who want to play country when they need a outfit to go dancing in. I suggest you save you time and go to Whistle Workwear or shop...
