Fairly disappointing,
My brother, aunt and I came a bit late and ended up ordering food, and ended up fairly disappointed with the food and service.
We ended up ordering our appetizers and they arrived in a timely manner, and 3 sodas that didn't arrive at all, and for our dinner we ordered 2 number 15s and a grilled chicken rice dish which had an upcharge for a change to white rice. (While this was unfortunate, I understand that it was company policy, and it wasn't the meal I had.)
When we got our food it was just okay but there was some issues, when they brought the plate with the plate with the usual assortment of bean sprouts, basil and lime wedges they only provided one lime wedge and one soup spoon (the white spoon that looks like a small ladel) and only one set of chop sticks and the pho felt slightly grainy. As far as I know my aunt thought the chicken was alright.
And when we checked out they had no receipt paper to print a receipt and we got hit with a mandatory (as they said) 15% tip. While I am for tipping staff this feels unusual and shady.
I would not recommend this place it feels like they are trying to stretch things thin and play quick and loose just to meet a quota. And I would highly advise you to go visit Pho Ginger which is very close by instead if you are...

I just ordered a veggie pho with fried tofu, yet instead ed a semi warm veggie water with a half dissolved bullion cube floatin around in it…are you kiddin me right now!? Like..for real..ya'll are serious out here with this fake as pretenda pho!? I just got back from eating authentic pho all over Seattle from the July 3rd - July 8th, & ate phó from a different family owned pho restaurant every day I was there. And theres no way, in ANY WAY, a person with even the slightest bit of tatse in good phó, would accept this into their body. Or be happy about paying for this horrible flavor. Especially after reeaally craving some phó the last few days, then instead ended up with veggie bullion cube water, that tasted nothing like "Real AUTHENTIC Pho"..fur sure never eating here again. But hey for all who were patient enough to read through this rant about a sad pathetic attempt at the art of making pho. if youre looking for better pho in Lacey, there are a few places ive tried that are much better then this place. Pho Tai off of College street is pretty good, & the new Fresh Pho next to Fred Meyers off Pacific & Slater Kenny is good as well. Even has a nice Ding Tea shop inside with good tea that I enjoy. Anyway good...
Read moreCool pho spot, open till 10:30 at night, prefect for late dinner eater like myself. I got the steak and meatball, which is my go to when I hit up a new pho spot, so I can have the same dish to compare. The broth is very flavorful and they definitely load you up with it! Everything else is kinda just what you will expect, I ordered a large but I think you still kinda just get a standard bowl size amount of noodles, I would say roughly 1 - 1.5 pack of ramen worth. (I do love noodles tho, so your mileage may vary). I also order a boba black tea milk tea on the side, not going to lie, generally pho place don’t have great boba (beside the ones that are part of some chain boba place like happy lemon) but dang, this one definitely take the cake on the worst boba I ever had, it basically tasted like water with non-sweet boba. Although, it’s the also the only boba place I have went that uses crushed ice, and I love crush ice so there is that. Overall, I will recommend the spot and will definitely go back. Their pho is great! Just avoid the boba and you will have a...
