This is an absolute ZERO star review but it won't let me post without adding a star. This was the second time I visited this store in a week. Fist time I visited, I did an app pickup order for a Birthday gift. The employee was alone, but rude as hell and didn't appear to be too happy working there. He made my order, because it wasn't ready yet even though I marked I was on my way and I marked "here" a few minutes before I arrived so it would be ready. I figured ok, he's human maybe he's having an off day. I went back today for another gift for staff recognition for my company. The same young man was there again with two other staff, all 3 of them were absolutely rude! Didn't greet or acknowledge my presence, I was looking at them, they were looking at me. They were talking amongst themselves and it took about 5 minutes of awkward silence and me standing there at the damn counter before a young man walked over to the cookies and started preparing my order (again an app order and they were notified of my arrival before I walked into the store). Another minute or 2 went by before the young man FINALLY addressed me and asked if I was picking up an online order (still not making eye contact). I confirmed and he handed me the box not completely folded together, it was dirty on the outside with chocolate on the side, missing the note I requested to be put on the box and no sticker to hold the box shut. I can see them looking into my car window from the store window laughing and looking over at me. I had to put the box together in the car and go back inside to ask for a sticker to keep the box shut. When I get back into the store they're still mid snickering and didn't acknowledge me again. I had to say Hi guys! I need a sticker or something to keep the box closed. The girl who was closest to the register grabbed me a sticker while the two young men were just staring at me with their stupid smirks on their faces! I've never been so angry with staff at a cookie shop of all places! I will NEVER return to this store again and I will be sure to pass along how rude and disrespectful these three were to my co-workers. We use a lot of businesses for catering for company meals and events, this location for sure is one to mark off the...

I want to give a 1 star but the people that helped us yesterday were more friendly and so helpful. I dont usually ever give a negative review but the 3 female workers today were rude, unhelpful and instead of trying to help they just gossiped between one another as if I could not see or hear them. My daughter and I came in yesterday Thursday to buy 2 6 piece box of cookies. I know I should have checked before we left but crumbl never ever got our orders wrong. Plus the nice worker came out to hand us our order because we were waiting outside. Once we got home we were missing 3 of our wedding cake cookies, we had extra peanut butter and 2 cinnamon instead. It's fine, it happens they get busy I understand that. So I called and a male answered and offered us to comeback and they could replace what was missing or to email or contact the manager and they would issue a refund. I didn't want a refund because that's just not right we were just missing 3. I couldn't drive back because we live in yelm so I asked if I couod just comeback tomorrow (today). He said yes and took my name down. My husband drove me here today and I walked in and it was not busy at all maybe one other customer. The 3 workers already looked annoyed and just didn't want to help. One asked me if I needed help and I told her exactly what the worker told me on the phone to say when I came back. She said oh we dont have any note at all. I showed them my receipt on the app. I couldn't remember the workers name from yesterday. So she packs up one cookie and said here this is all I can do for you. I dont care about getting the free cookie because we can pay but the childish service is unacceptable. So in turn I just bought and paid for another 4 piece regular size wedding cake c9okies. When I walked out the other 2 females rolled their eyes and just kept talking bad about a customer. I love the cookies from here and so does my kids that's why we always buy them. Of customers are willing to pay 60 to 100 dollars for cookies the least that some worker can do is be helpful. The people that worked the day before June 19th were amazing!

*UPDATE: they provided an email address for me to reach out and I did and nobody even...

Utah native checking in. I've been over indulging in crumbl cookies since 2017. Obviously, crumbl has been through some changes over the years. They've grown significantly, added dozens of cookies to their rotating menu, and even become embroiled in multiple lawsuits in Utah where cookie shops are as common as Starbucks. Should you visit this crumbl location in Lacey, WA? Well, maybe, if you've never had crumbl cookies before and you're okay with spending $4 to $5 on a cookie. But probably not otherwise and here's why: Prices. Crumbl is ripping you off. These cookies cost significantly less in other states. I paid $12.29 for a 4 pack in Utah last week. Why is it $16.25 here? Also, their pricing at this particular location is a bit nonsensical. The 4 pack is $4.06/cookie but the 6 pack is $4.17/cookie. Shouldn't you pay less per cookie when you buy more? Quality. They just aren't at good as they used to be. And the new sugar cookie recipe is definitely worse. The value is just not there, especially at their prices. Even for other cookies, there is a decrease in overall quality. Take the mooncake cookie pictured in this review. It's only got filling on 1/4 of the cookie! The other stuff. The calorie counts look like they're for 1 cookie, but they're really for 1/4 cookie. Crumbl overall was not particularly COVID conscious during the pandemic, and this store was absolutely packed. It's disappointing to see no effort being made to prevent the spread of disease. Then there's the lawsuits in Utah. It's hard to feel great about supporting a company that sues it's competitors left and right. Bottom line: I'm not buying crumbl in Washington anymore. It's simply...

This location just opened in Lacey, WA a couple of weeks ago as of this review. A couple of notes: Their service is great. Everyone greets you with a smile. Even with the sheer volume of patrons right now, they’re polite and friendly. If I was grading just on the people who work there, then it would have been a 5/5; however, there was one major flaw that can’t be overlooked. The cookies were raw. I don’t mean just a little under. I mean, you could taste the rawness of the dough. We purchased a 4 pack to test out the new Crumbl location and once I drove home and cut them open, it was apparent that this batch was pulled way too early. So, I went back and they were happy to exchange my order. Again, the staff is great. To my dismay, once I split this new batch open, you know what, yep, underbaked. Don’t just take my word for it, check out the photos. I’m not saying we won’t be back, just going to let them figure out their temps and timing first.

Wow, wow, wow!!! Happened upon this awesome place one day and was in the mood for a cookie. I'm so glad I decided to stop! We tried the key Lime Pie cookie and the chocolate cookie with peanut butter top. We were both impressed with these cookies! The key Lime was great and not too sweet. The chocolate peanut butter was next level! It was the best cookie I've ever had! Each of the cookies are $5 and tax is included in that price. That's also if you are buying them individually. They have breaks in the price the more you buy. You may be thinking, "$5 for one cookie???" Believe me friend, they are worth every penny! They switch out the flavors every week on Sunday, and it's posted on their SM as well. So so so impressed with this place and I can't wait to go back and try some more! I would highly recommend this place to others! Oh and, did I mention they have a drive thru? They sure do! Enjoy!
