My 4 year old daughter is starting Ballet next week, I tried to find her size shoe at Walmart and I was unsuccessful multiple times. I was scared to purchase on Amazon, from all the mixed reviews. I trusted my gut, & went to Fuzi for shoes. That store is the cutest little shop I've been in! 😍 Tons of selection to choose from, & the lady that helped me was SUPER SWEET! She walked me through everything , told me the difference between them, & we bought a pair of 12.5 C ballet shoes, along with a ballet skirt for her. First thing I did when I got home, was try them on her , & they FIT PERFECTLY!! She is so excited to start class, & Fuzi definitely has a customer for life! I am so impressed with the individual attention I received at Fuzi's! There wasn't one pointe shoe that fit my daughter except for Fuzi brand shoes! I was buying them from a store in Portland and then discovered that they were in my hometown! They have mail order, website and two stores (one in Olympia and one in Bellevue). I called and talked to Fu, the owner, and he gave me 100% of his attention. He concentrated on getting the best pointe shoe fitting for my daughter. He went out of his way to call and check on how she was doing. Fuzi shoes are the best! I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I sent my husband to pick up a pair of tap shoes and he didn't notice at checkout that the price sticker on the box was a few dollars lower than what he paid. When he got home with the shoes we noticed this discrepancy. I called to ask about this and was told the sticker on the box was several years old. Yes, it is just a few dollars, but it is the principle that matters. She apologized for the mix-up, but didn't offer to adjust the price (even though the product was mislabeled).
