We have only been to miso twice this one was our first visit to this store. We just moved here from North Carolina were military I've heard great things right well this. Employee of yours was really cruising for a bruising . First issue is wasn't very well kept up inside . The food was drenched in water and my rice was not even rice is was mush and not sticky rice again was little mush like oatmeal. This employee deserves more then just a complaint not a single customer was in there but me and my spouse ok. He asked what we would like I replied with it's our second time here we are gonna browse the menu first ( the first time at miso at oly mall was wooow food was great) okay. So we are looking and not even maybe 2-4 minutes of us looking he says " so can I get you anything or what we doing ". Like I'm sorry? Then. Once we told him our order he just stared at us after. Putting the protein on. Like sir are you YOU the employee .ready for us to move on to the next step or??? U just gonna stare at us then we get to cash out was handling the register with gloves thankfully he threw the chicken water covered gloves in the trash after he used the register bc wow salmonella on the register 😐 then he never said he was ready for us to pay so we stood there and he stated at us and said are u going to pay? Look broski u never told anyone u were done ringing us up or gave us a total. And lord his nails. Look I'm all for painted nails but if there chipped flaking and falling off it's a heath code violation. I'm serv safe certified and been a GM or 2 restaurants get your nasty fingers out of my food whose the GM of this store let's have a discussion about sanitation if...
Read moreThis is my third time at meso and Lacey and the experience was nothing near the first two. At first you experiences were amazing the customer service and communication was great. Today a guy took my order but he was barely putting anything in my bowl I said could you please put more and he would still just do a very small amount and then he says he has to charge me if I want more. The whole display of the food toppings and items did not look fresh or the area was not wiped down. The first two times I was there I was told I could have as much veggies as I wanted that would fit in my bowl but today like I said, the guy was being very selfish and strange with the food and then telling me I need to pay in a very Stern annoying tone. I usually get soup as well and this time the soup wasn't even hot and it was only filled up a little over halfway so I declined to buy that. The most important thing is keeping everything clean and actually providing good customer service without being so flat and weird. The girl that rang up my order with the long brownish blonde hair is always awesome the one star is for the guy that took my order. The only reason I bought it today is because I was starving and had no time to go...
Read moreI have really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt considering that this is my second bad experience; and I used to actually like eating here. However my patience has completely gone out the window after my most recent visit. I ordered the Seahawk which is what I usually get: The gentleman proceeded to put a half a scoop of the crab salad and literally four cubes of tuna; this was all of the protein that was in my bowl literally the rest of it was vegetables and fluff. my last visit I ordered the chicken and they actually put a lot of it on there. So my assumption is that if you order tuna they will skimp you out on it because tuna is more expensive and if you order chicken they will give you more chicken because chicken is cheaper. I am also going to note that there was a girl working here my last visit was insanely rude, I could not get a word in without her rushing me to pick and choose my toppings for my bowl. The bottom line is that if You would like a bowl of vegetables with a tiny scoop of protein you’re better off going to the grocery store and getting the ingredients yourself then paying $14.99 for a rude incompetent person to...
