My self and my family went for dinner here. My 8 year old was extremely upset as she had to wait over an hour for a kids pasta with butter and was the last one to recieve her meal and was the first ordered. The service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes to recieve a drink and almost and hour to recieve appetizers. Once we received our appetizers the server took our order and did not come back to us to give us an update on our order or to see how we were doing for 45 minutes. When the server did finally come back and was asked how long it would take to recieve my 8 year old's dinner. We were told "the kitchen is backed up, not sure". We ended up not recieving any of the meals that we ordered for over an hour and they were not even hot. They were barely warm! My child's meal was 2 different pastas that did not get cooked evenly. It was a disaster! Multiple tables around us that were seated and ordered after us recieved there food before our server even came back to check on us. Extremely poor services and honestly the food was not very good either. We use to love coming here but after this experience we will not...
Read moreVisited the 405 during Bike Week on the recommendation of a couple of locals when I asked who had the best lobster in Laconia. My first time shelling and eating a whole Lobster. Wife and I ordered the double and it was excellent. Lobsters were fresh and boiled perfectly whatever they used in the boil gave them just a hint of flavor that complimented the meat perfectly without overpowering it. The sides we chose, broccoli and fries, were good with what seemed to me to be very large portions. We had a couple of drinks, a Seabreeze type for the wife and house sangria for me both very good. Sangria was exceptionally good. The restaurant was clean and all covid protocols were observed. Seeing the staff actively disinfecting quickly as other customers left really put us at ease. The friendly staff was very attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed it very much and will return to the 405 annually, a new spot on our to do list for Bike Week. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a casual sports bar/restaurant...

Food 4/5 Service 2/5
I was placed in a corner seat that had limited visibility to the servers. As a result, my server would forget about me for long periods of time. I was not provided any cutlery or napkins nor any water. When I was finally able to place an order for food and drink, I asked for a medium rare farmhouse burger. All the reviews I had read indicated that their burgers were very good. It took 20 mins+ for the burger to come. And when it did it was not medium rare but very well done. It took another 10 to flag a server down to mention this. The staff were very accommodating when they saw the food was not made to order and immediately redid the order. It came back in 5 mins so I was pleased. The burger lived up to the reviews. A+ pub burger. I filled up quick and started to try and catch the servers eye to ask for the bill and a box. This took another 15 mins. Poor service...
