My self and my family went for dinner here. My 8 year old was extremely upset as she had to wait over an hour for a kids pasta with butter and was the last one to recieve her meal and was the first ordered. The service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes to recieve a drink and almost and hour to recieve appetizers. Once we received our appetizers the server took our order and did not come back to us to give us an update on our order or to see how we were doing for 45 minutes. When the server did finally come back and was asked how long it would take to recieve my 8 year old's dinner. We were told "the kitchen is backed up, not sure". We ended up not recieving any of the meals that we ordered for over an hour and they were not even hot. They were barely warm! My child's meal was 2 different pastas that did not get cooked evenly. It was a disaster! Multiple tables around us that were seated and ordered after us recieved there food before our server even came back to check on us. Extremely poor services and honestly the food was not very good either. We use to love coming here but after this experience we will not be returning!
