First time experience at this place was awful. Went in looking for a vape and I told the guy I was new to vaping, I didn't know anything about it, was trying to quit smoking and didn't want to spend a ton of money. He recommended one that I agreed with and showed me how to use it, I tried it in the store and liked it. I used it for a day or 2 then the problems seemed to start looking back now after every time I have to fill the pods, i have problems. The way the tip has to be removed it sounds like the plastic is cracking and loosening things up so then it leaks. I brought the first one back and got 3 bucks off a 4pk of pods. I bought it on 1/5/25 and have already gone through 4 pods. I was told when I bought it each one lasts about a month. Every pod works ok at first then it starts leaking when I have to refill it. I feel I was sold crap products that are being discontinued and was lied to and taken advantage of because I was not knowledgeable about vaping. Of course there is no returns, refunds or exchanges so I'm stuck with a vape I can't use because now the oil has leaked into the device so much its not working properly and I'm out all the money I spent and I'm also back to smoking cigarettes. I feel it's wrong to not stand by a product your selling. I had to go back to the shop 3 times to talk to the manager. They never said it was anything I was doing wrong and I did ask because I wondered that. I don't recommend this place for bad product, and bad customer service.    Read moreI spent thousands of dollars on a number of products sold at Smoker’s Haven and I am writing this review for the public and hopefully the Higher up’s in the company. The policy in place states they will not accept anything that is used but the issue is how are you supposed to know if a product works if you don’t use it??!! So the product I bought was not operating properly after I saw that it was looking like it was going to work when I went through the steps the store manager said to do to ensure the products guarantee( charging the element at a full charge then pushing button and listening to ensure it's heating up ...which I did but after I put the wax into the device doesn't operate properly) but when you go back to the store to tell them that the product is not working correctly and need another one they say they can’t accept it back because it’s used and then the “store manager” Devin and the rest of the stores staff proceed to laugh at me when I am told that they will not fix the problem or even try to satisfy me.. their professionalism and lack of character is apalling Laconia Store location is a JOKE along with their own store manager…. I would not recommend this place or even corporation!! This is not the first time either but I will ensure you smokers haven has lost all of my business and I'm spreading the word about their STAFF AND RETURN...
   Read moreOkay, so I went to Smokers Haven and talked to Cyndi, and seriously, I'm like, super dumb when it comes to vapes. But she was awesome! She explained the difference between those big "box mod" things, then the "salt nic" stuff, and also the "disposable" vapes. She didn't make me feel stupid at all. She broke down what was good about each one and what wasn't, in a way that even I could get. Like, she made it sound easy. Huge props to Cyndi for being so patient and making sense of it all for a total idiot like me! I didn't end up buying anything that day but I ended up coming back and buying a few hundred dollars worth of vapes vape juice and I very nice vase because of Cyndi....
