Trillium Farm to Table offers some incredibly tasty dishes that leave a lasting impression. While the portion sizes were shockingly small (almost laughable for the price), the flavors were unforgettable. Here’s what I tried: Broccoli Panini: The Broccoli Panini was a delight! The bread was perfectly toasted, and the broccoli filling had a wonderful blend of flavors. The seasoning elevated the dish, making it an absolute treat. I only wish there had been more of it to enjoy! Corn Burger: The Corn Burger was another standout. The patty was flavorful and cooked just right, with a slight crisp on the outside. It paired beautifully with the fresh toppings and sauce. However, the portion was so small it left me wanting much more. Ambience: The ambience was just average. While the farm-to-table concept is great, the decor felt a bit plain, and the seating could be more comfortable. There’s room for improvement to make the space more inviting. Service: Service was self-serve, which was fine, but it lacked the warmth and personal touch that elevates an experience. Overall, Trillium Farm to Table delivers unforgettable flavors but could improve in terms of portion sizes, ambience, and service to provide a more well-rounded dining experience.

Went once to see what this place was all about. Once in my lifetime was enough 4 me. It was obvious to me the staff in this place was more concerned about judging their customers than waiting on them. There is a 4 sure a click between this sweat shop, it's workers, it's management, and some of it's customers, you r either in "The Click" or your not. Which is very juvenille and a 7th grade type of mentality to run a business. In the 1 time I was there I saw terrible behavior and after seeing what I saw I could nvr say 1 good thing about this dive!

Got the chicken swarma with a side of tater salad and a raspberry iced tea. You could taste that the tea was homeland and quiet refreshing. Potatoe salad was good too. The swarma is all simple but very fresh ingredients and that makes all the difference in flavor. It looked small on the plate but it completely filled me up despite its appearance. Definitely enjoyed the whole meal. Restaurant was clean and not too crowded. Nice spot for lunch if you're in the area. They have a lot of brews and other alcoholic beverages too.

The food was amazing! Exactly the type of place that downtown Laconia needs more of. The reason for the 2 stars is the lack of worker masks and general cleanliness of the eating areas. There were several employees working in the tight quarters behind the counter and in the open kitchen area (5+). None were masked (despite the sign on the front door). We decided to eat outside for fresh air and social distancing during the pandemic.

The courtyard was quaint and beautifully decorated with cafe tables and surrounded by trees and foliage. When we tried selecting a table we had to pass us our first 3 choices because they were dirty. The restaurant was not particularly busy. 1 table was being used inside and 3 were being used outside. There was no one cleaning tables between guests and nothing made available for guests to clean their own. Once we found a clean table, we sat down. While we were waiting we began being pestered by flies. When our food was delivered (by an unmasked worker), the fly problem increased ten-fold. We quickly ate our food while trying to wave the barrage of flies away from our food.

It truly pains me to give this place 2 stars since the food and selection was AMAZING! Fly prevention, face masks for the workers and proper cleaning and sanitizing would have easily made this a 5 star review. A few shade umbrellas would have been a nice touch as well. I sincerely hope the owner will make a few improvements. In the meantime, I agree with the other reviewer; eat at...

I started coming here around the time they first opened and it is my absolute favorite spot to grab lunch when I’m having a crazy busy day. They are all so friendly! The food is always amazing, full of flavor and even the presentation is fantastic! The food comes out quickly which makes it even better for me as I clean houses in the lakes region and am usually rushing from one house to another. I refuse to eat at ā€œfast foodā€ places to the point where I’d rather starve. The ingredients here are so clean and fresh! (Been going through a spiritual awakening for years so I get grossed out by the smallest things when it comes to food) Trillium has been an absolute life saver!! One more thing I love ! It’s a small, local business!! I would 100% choose local over other places any and every day! Definitely worth checking this place out! You will not be disappointed!...
