Hey guys, I'm not one to complain about this kind of stuff, but the experience here was just so bad. I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered a double quarter-pounder with cheese meal and then another one with just cheese (plain). The gentleman on the other end asks what I'd like to drink and I say "nothing" because I know that they always charge me extra and the McDonald's menu says that the drink is not included. He says, "Oh, it's included," so I ask, "Are you sure? because I've been charged extra for drinks in the past." He insists, so I get two waters. I pull up and realize by the time I get to the second window that they charged me $2 each for the two small bottles of water. I ask about it, and eventually, the manager comes up and says, "Ooh, yeahhh. That's because we give you $1 towards your drink," so that means they charged me $3 for each dinky little water bottle, $6 in total. The bill for two little burger-and-fries meals cost THIRTY DOLLARS. This should have at least been quick, but sure enough they send us to the waiting spots which we sat at for like five to ten extra minutes all so they could screw up my burger order when I clearly asked for plain. All in all, they charge too much (after telling you they wouldn't), they mess up your order, and then they short-change you on fries by not even trying to fill it up. Just really weak...

Rude - staff was plain rude, they literally asked "what do you want?" via the drive-thru speaker. No greeting, no personality.
They got the order wrong twice in the drive-thru microphone. When we got to the window to pay, I asked to confirm the order... they were sorely inconvenienced. They did read it back, it was wrong for the third time. They "corrected" the order. When we got to the window to pick up our order... you can fill in the blank.
At the final window, the order was completely wrong. Drinks, food, all of it was wrong. We were made to feel completely inconvenienced by the entire staff at the window. We were so problematic by asking for the correct order, four times consecutively.
All in all, management, get your staff together and fix it. This is not acceptable. Seriously, you should be ashamed of your entire staff and performance. Being a McDonald's is not an excuse to be...
Read moreThe McDonalds in Laconia has got to be by far the worst one in the world. They ALWAYS park you... I ordered a drink and they parked me for 10 minutes before I finally went in and said something, which they then gave me a cup and said they forgot. They ALWAYS leave something you ordered out. On 3 occasions, it was my sons chicken nuggets, so check before you leave. So now you've been parked, waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, you're missing food, and guess what... your food is cold! So what was I waiting for? You to decide you want to give me the food i ordered? Dont go inside either thinking it will be better, because they dont come over, they'll look at you and then turn the other way. They have at least 8 employees manning drive up, and they can't figure drive up nor inside out. The sad part is when you call or you ask to talk to the manager, all they say is, "Oh, i dont know why that happened, it shouldn't have" with no resolution or change. I will add that they're not busy when these things happen. They'll have an empty parking lot, empty drive-through, and still park you and take 15 minutes to get...
