Cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Entered the door as a complete novice and left feeling very much satisfied and well informed. I chose this location because the other Laconia location has a high staff turnover and disappointing reviews. This location is worth the extra 3 min drive.
This team was so very patient with me! I would recommend watching a few educational videos online so that you use your time wisely and can ask questions related to your specific needs. But even with limited knowledge, the staff is incredibly well informed and gives honest product feedback. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision on my purchase.
Specifically, I would like to thank Tricia for walking me through the store, building a program that fit my needs, answering every question I had without making me feel like I should have come more prepared, setting me up with a no pressure, lifetime membership account, and making the drive 100% worth the effort!

Read moreIt's hard to give this a rating..because some staff are worth five..I do like the girl with the orange curly hair she is very welcoming and never gives me a hard time like this one employee but then you have the skinny kid with shaggy hair who is absolutely rude and once sold me a cracked piece and rushed me out the store telling me it wasnt cracked when there was a huge slash along the mouth piece...I told him a flavor of vape and HE got me the wrong one then when I said it was supposed to be a different one he rolled his eyes and scoffed like it was MY fault he grabbed the wrong one looks like he just grabbed whatever was in front of his face then gave me a hard time trying to look for it when it was directly in his eye sight....I honestly don't think he's professional and not sure how he's still there...if he's rude to me everytime I can only imagine how he is to every...

At 6:03 PM I walked in spent $178.96. The person to check me out gave me the wrong pods. I asked for Novo five pods. I was given Novo X pods and because I purchased a bunch of other things, and he was too distracted, looking at my dog. I never even got to see the pods before they were bagged. I drove 27 minutes away before, realizing that I was given the wrong item I came back, exchange the item wasting more time. Then the guy behind the counter had to call his manager to have them do the approval was wasting more of my time… And there was a two dollar difference and rather than comping me the two dollars, They need me go back into my vehicle to get my wallet to proceed with paying them an additional two dollars!!!
Absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable there was never even a damn apology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
