Starbucks — Restaurant in Lady Lake

i went there today(10-27-2022) at 12:20ish and the barista there was so rude and disrespectful, don’t get me wrong i myself am a barista but the eye rolls and the scofs. all i tried to order was a hot white chocolate latte, she said-they didn’t have white chocolate (even though it was half used right in front of me) i usually add lavender to it at other coffee places but it was not a big deal but she acted like i crazy when i asked if they just had it, but i put all that behind me and was just going to get a vanilla hot latte with blonde espresso (they have a sign that says they have it, i really like the blonde) so i asked and she gave me SOOOO much attitude you could hear it “we don’t have thaT, we have never had thaT. i don’t know what starbucks that has that but we don’T so” all i could do is laugh, like is...

I was the only person in line when I placed my order. The barista seriously rolled her eyes at me when I ordered oat milk in my beverage due to my dairy allergy. Then they were rude to me for the rest of our interaction. I’ve always loved Starbucks, but my experience at this branch @ Target was truly disappointing. I simply asked for the drink I ordered to be made correctly, and instead of fixing it, the staff responded with attitude and unprofessional remarks. It’s shocking to see how poorly they handle customer requests when all I wanted was the right drink, nothing more. No wonder some people say they like to mess up orders here. Definitely not the service I expect...
