Wow, bad experience! Can't speak to the quality of the food because we walked out before our visit got that far. We were told "it will be a minute" when we walked in. So we stepped back to wait for that minute to pass so we could order. Instead of that happening a lady walked in and around us placed her order and the sandwhich artist (I think that's what they call them) started preparing her order. I am not sure how there could have been any confusion as to who was next in line when it was the person who took the lady's order in front of us that told us it would be a minute. We left at that point but did call the store after we left. That call was handled as professionally as our visit and was pointless, we were however schooled on what is an acceptable way to behave when calling to complain about the way we were treated during our visit. Read moreThe employees here clearly don’t care. I greeted the employee prior to giving my order and he just stared at me blankly. I noticed several other customers greet or interact with employees only to be met with silence or no courtesy. One of the employees was slamming oven doors and throwing utensils around with obvious apathy. Most of the ingredients didn’t look fresh and that’s clearly evident of the low effort atmosphere. I came in after a long day and settled for the low quality sandwich anyway. The lady taking drive through orders was getting visibly upset with drive through customers and had a rude tone when she couldn’t hear them or misunderstood their orders. When I went to pay for my food one male employee was leaning on the back of the other female employee and conversing with each other casually. They did not interact with me until my receipt was printed. 11/10 will not be returning and convincing all of my family and Subaru associates not to support this...
