Arni's Columbian Park — Restaurant in Lafayette

Ordered online, 1 large pizza, 2 junior salads and garlic bread. Received confirmation of my order and a time to pick it up. 45-55 minutes. At 45 minutes, I went in the Columbian park store to pick up my order and nobody knew anything about my order, let alone it being done. I left, not realizing that I had already paid for the food that I was going to get. I called store to talk with manager, no manager on duty and "do you have a problem or something?!" Was the kid's reply to me. The child on the phone told me his managers name was Bill but he didn't know his last name. So I went to market square Arnis and asked if they could rectify my problem. Eventually, they agreed to make the food that I had already paid for (2 hours earlier) and offered me a coupon for $5 off my next visit as "an apology". $5 coupon is an insult considering how much crap I had to go thru just to get the food that was supposed to be convenient and easy. I won't be returning, so the coupon was not takin. The Columbian park location is being ran by children and Bill is leaving them there alone. Get it...

I love Arni's pizza, but this location is no longer for me. (1) after placing an order, I showed up about 20-25 min later and paid for my order and noticed they haven't made it yet. They were not busy and no customers around. This is the second time in a row this happened, seems like there is no order system. (2) I like that the kids wear gloves, but they leave them on as they touch everything including the money. I also noticed that when the employee takes pizza out one oven to place in the other oven, they run their gloved hand over the top of every pizza I guess to level the topping, that's gross. Tried calling in a order at 7:45 and he said they were closed now and I asked him if they changed there hours of operation and he said were closed now so I drove up there and asked them why were you denying my order at 7:45 when I called and his response was none of us did so who was it then ?? Just a bunch of young punks with no ambition to work.. very disappointing I've been going there for 40 years and in the last 5 years I would say it's gone down hill probably because of new management or something but I would say you need to make some changes to your business over there at Columbian...
