Update 2/13/23... The overall original comments still stand. ... The staff is a bit quieter/shy... and they keep busy, taking care of customers. Always clean. I look forward to warmer days and sitting in the chairs outside while enjoying a delicious beverage alone or with friends. Like everywhere these days, some food items may not be available. You can check the app prior to going to the store for availability. The people who hang out here are normally pretty quiet, so you can read, study, etc., without being unduly disturbed. Parking is usually not an issue. I'm normally here late afternoons or evenings, so I cannot comment about mornings.
Original post: Very, very nice people work here! This is a new store, it's been open for a few months. It's my "neighborhood" Starbucks, since it's closest to me. The customer service is outstanding. A friend of mine, who also lives nearby, and who was an infrequent visitor to any Starbucks because he works in a town where there is no Starbucks, has responded to my encouragement to check it out. He, too, has been impressed with the great customer service, (along with the great beverages). For example, last night he was speaking before an audience and cited Starbucks for it's exceptional courteous and friendly staff What a compliment! I'm sure you'll be pleased, too. They'll happily customize your drinks, fix it if something isn't right (rarely happens, and usually a miscommunication), tell you anything you would ever want to know about coffee, and they are even good at remembering the name of the "regulars." Update: after years of the same predictable Starbucks drive-thru madness at this location, I thought I'd have a laugh and give it a go today. It took 20 MINUTES to get my single coffee in the drive-thru. The line was wrapped around the building and almost out into the street by the time I made my escape with an almost $7 coffee-drink sugar concoction. Sure, lady at the window was friendly. And yes, I'm going to a funeral today so it's not like I'm going to miss any excitement. But this will be the very last time I ever give my money to this company. Staffing shortage, supply/demand excuses, whatever. My gasoline at $5/gallon is almost worth more than my time at this point, and I won't be wasting either of them...

I didnāt go back in to have them fix or anything because it already took so long for a new staff to finish my order. I was really disappointed by how the manager not training their new staffs to make quality drinks before actually giving them any orders. And today I gave them another chance. I ordered a venti strawberry matcha frappuccino with 8 pumps of syrup; however, I feel like thereās really little of matcha that I could barely taste it.
