Worst experience at a restaurant ever! Do not recommend! Don't come here.

When we went to order, the lady could not understand how to input our order into the system ( we had four ice creams that were pretty basic ). After around 10 minutes of messing around with the order we finally had it correct.

Then we go to wait. We wait for around ten minutes before they bring out the ice cream. The first two sundaes were all soup and incorrect. They offered to remake one which came out again pretty soupy. The other one we had three people tell us they couldn't remake it and then someone remade it. It was also incorrect. Now to our two cookie dough blizzards. The first one was somewhat decent and the other one was so soupy that ice cream was spilling all off the cup. They remade that one but it was still not that okay. We grab the manager and he offers to remake the other sundae that was still incorrect. He remakes it incorrectly.

The manager could care less. The employees could care less. The ice cream was awful. They didn't give us receipts. Bathrooms were dirty. The ice cream was so soupy that they wouldn't even flip them over! Do not go here, drive a few miles down the road and go...

I eat at this DQ off and on. recently I have been stopping in on my lunch break more often over the last few weeks. A few things I have noticed that seems consistent regardless of the day of the week, time of day or how busy they are. The blizzards are always half melted, which i assume is why they don't turn them upside down, the burgers are usually sloppily thrown together as if someone one was in a mad rush to finish so they could go to the bathroom and the drive through is always slow even with only two cars (counting mine) in it. The food tastes good, but considering how expensive their menu is, it would be nice if the blizzards were actually more solid like they are supposed to be. You're not supposed to be able to drink them. As for the sloppily put together burgers, if drive through is not backed up due to being slammed, i think they can take a little more time and care in assembling the burgers, so it doesn't look like it was used in a food fight. Staff seem friendly, but at the same time, there is this attitude as if they don't really want to be there, and it shows in the presentation of...

I got a story to tell you guys!!! First: the order taker messed up ordering my food and I personally has worked fast-food and I NEVER had a time when I can just say I didn’t care. But obviously I looked at the menu long enough to know/see if I wanted a cheeseburger I would have ordered it but whatever. So I go home and look at food no bacon so walks back up there even though it across the street and it’s raining tell them and they get mad especially the cook guy with the curly hair like why YOU MAD it’s just FOOD it’s not like YOU have to PAY for any OF IT and both times the food was took back which is not a problem because after going back up there why would I want that hostile boy remaking my food and that manager to be any apart of it and then the guy calls me broke because I choose to walk like what’s wrong with walking and a little rain isn’t going to hurt no one. Crazy place to go to go I wouldn’t recommend and will DO NOTHING for THIER MISTAKES and this is your warning but once again ITS JUST FOOD they most definitely...
