I ordered through the app. And put the option for “hand it to me” and my location is at a hotel with my room number included. Now im not from here but when I order in other states I’ve never had this issue with the other locations handing my food to me at hotels. I have 2 babies under the age of two.. if I walk out to go to the lobby just to get my food because the person didn’t want to go to my door , my kids will get out of the room as I’m headed to the front .. this has happened 3 times already with this location and I’ve called to ask how come they don’t ever come to my room door and they said “oh sometimes they can’t find the room”. They need to remove the option of “suite number” from their app since it’s to difficult for them to work with. Just ridiculous my room is not that far from the front desk….. plus my food was extremely cold, not even warm.. (this location is only a 5 minute drive from me) and my Large fry was not even halfway...
Read moreI like the layout of the restaurant, and the tables and the lighting all look really interesting, the service was fast, which is good, I think the portion size of the meal I had which was basically chicken strips, could have been a little bit better for the price of $11 also not a fan of the waffle fries, I think Chick-fil-A could offer better sides, however that is nothing personal against this location that is just my honest opinion, the parking lot is huge and the drive-thru is really long, which I think is beneficial considering the sister location is always jam-packed and you can't get into the parking lot to dine in some days because of the drive-thru been so long, plus this location doesn't have all the barricades like the sister location has, I think the robotic trash can is a little bit extreme, but interesting overall not a bad experience for my first time at...
Read moreBig fail Chic-Fil-A. Why spend the money for a new location and not put in a play place for kids? The other location in Lafayette is always busy with families going there. Also, the other location has a more open concept behind the counter, so there is always someone at the counter to greet customers. The new location is closed off and cold/not welcoming, and no one was even at the counter when we walked in. My advice is to spend the money now and renovate the new location, add a play place, and put an opening behind the counter so you can see through to the kitchen. Business...
