I have been ordering from this Dominos for 5 years, and this is the first time I feel like I need to write a bad review. Every time I have ordered from this store, the service has been great, the food awesome, and the drivers polite.
Tonight though was the total opposite. Online ordering was a piece of cake as usual, so I didn't have any problems there. When my driver showed up, I didn't know she was even delivering, because the had a passenger with her. I felt like she was in a rush, like not being rude about it, but looking like she obviously didn't want to do her job. She forgot her pen, I had to wait 2 minutes outside for her to get one and then she bolted and told me have a good night when she was halfway up the road going to her car. Wasn't the best encounter I had with a driver but I have had worse.
I get into my apartment, set everything down and check on the food. The sandwich I ordered looked great, I took my soda out of the bag and that's when I saw a problem. Instead of the Fanta I ordered, they gave me a Sprite. Usually when this happen they either give me a call asking if I would like to substitute or they take care of me in another way. I got neither. So, onto my cheesy bread..it was soaked in grease! I have never had a problem with cheesy bread literally DRIPPING in grease. It was soaked. I had to take a couple towels and soak up all the grease from it and I didn't get it all.
The pizza though...oh boy. I opened up the pizza and half of it is crust. All the toppings were right in the middle of the pizza, but I felt it was salvageable. So I disperse the topping evenly around, and when I went to pick up a slice the slice literally pulled in half and crumbled. Underneath the pizza was a lake of grease! So I have to literally...LITERALLY eat half the pizza with a fork out of the box.
I couldn't call and make this order right because they closed an hour early for some reason. I'm a pretty understanding guy. I would have loved to work something out but it's kind of hard to do that when I have to wait another day to even talk to someone. I hate being that person that talks to managers and being difficult, but I don't see how anyone can screw up an order like this so terribly.

Read moreJust picked up my order around 12:20 am, they had trouble with my card which was weird since I knew I had enough money. Manager was nice enough to fix it for me. I noticed i got double charged, tried calling but phones had the we're closed message although at this point it was 12:27 am and they didnt close til 1 am, so I went back to ask about it. Keep in mind I was nothing but nice, manager wasnt really nice when he explained then slammed and locked the window in my face. I get it's annoying to have to take care of a customer close to close but I'm also a manager and I would never treat my customers like this where I work. He said he gave me half off but I dont see it in my banking app either. I got fully charged and then some. I'll edit in a couple of days but overall a bad experience Edit: pizzas and bread twists were fine. But the wings were awful. Just plain wings with buffalo drizzle. Waste of money. WDIT 2: Like the manager said the original money came back and the half price came through which is great. I never knew what an edited payment looked like so now I know. This doesn't excuse how he treated me that night though. After a while I decided to come back and service since then has been great. The new guy has been great, super nice, and easy to work with! I just came out of this Domino’s location and I’ve never had such a terrible experience! I tried to order two small “Create Your Own” pizzas, which were clearly listed on the menu screen as $15.99 each.
The employee taking my order was totally unprofessional and untrained! When I asked for topping recommendations, he literally said “I usually have Papa John’s, not these.” Are you serious? You work here and recommend a competitor’s pizza?
Then, while I was still ordering, a woman just cut in line, saying she was just “picking up”, and the same employee stopped taking my order and started helping her instead! Completely ignoring me halfway through my order.
It got worse, he couldn’t even handle a simple payment properly and started arguing with that customer about change (gave back $19 from a $20 bill). The whole thing was a disaster. I was here to take orders bro!! What the hell!??
This store clearly lacks basic training, professionalism, and customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. Domino’s should seriously review how this location is managed and who they’re hiring.
