I neeeeever write negative reviews. I usually don’t bother, because I know mistakes happen, however this is more than just one or two mistakes over time. My fiancé and I live just a few miles from this Dunkin’ location, and we frequent there. The last two to three months have been HORRIBLE every single time. Employees are usually grumpy and borderline rude. Also, our order is rarely correct. A few examples: I love frozen coffee, even in the cold weather. The past few times I’ve order it, it is soupy, not milkshake like at all. They have not blended the ice properly, and when I’ve asked for a new one or something different, they want me to return to the end of the line and reorder. Last month we ordered two frozen coffees and half a dozen donuts. The order actually tasted great, but they charged us $24.98!!!!! I went in, with my receipt, and told them in the past that same order has been about $14.00. The manager dismissed me after asking about it and said, “no that’s right” and walked away from the counter. Last weekend, I orders donuts and two coffees for my fiancé and I. They asked me 3 times which donuts we had ordered, and I told them the same thing each time, only to get not what we asked for AT ALL. We will NOT be returning to...
Read moreI accidently placed a wrong order in the App, immediately canceled and created a new order. The first Order didn't appear to be canceling so I called the store right away to be sure they didn't make it. He tried to convince me to just come back the next day for it instead of canceling. But I didn't want to do that. As I'm picking up my order he tried to convince me again to come back. I asked that it just be canceled and they agreed and handed me my correct order. Charges for both orders came through a couple days later so I called the store. He told me "it's not their fault I put in the wrong order" and the only thing they can do is give me the items I wrongly ordered. He said they have no way of giving a refund.
If they have no way of refunding a canceled order, they should've told me that at the time I picked up my order. But they let me drive away thinking I wouldn't be charged.
Since I just paid $18 and only received my $6 meal, I thought I would let everyone know how shady they run their business. I will definitely not be giving them any...
Read moreI stopped by the new Dunkin' on VMP this week to see how it compared to my experience at the other DD shops I've visited. I ordered a large coffee and Munchkins through the app for drive thru pickup. The line at the drive thru was very much single-threaded, with the cashier also preparing drinks. It took a good 10 minutes to get through four cars. Not too impressed with the speed. Upon arrival at the window, my Munchkins were missing in action. They quickly scooped some up and gave me much more than ordered. The drink was good and the donut holes were good but I was a little disappointed with their service. I stopped by on the weekend, with less of a crowd, to find that the service was much better. Overall, I'd give three stars for service and speed, but four stars for food and quality. I'll be back, but only after I wear out the new Starbucks...
