I visit the Igloo (either locations) 2-3 times a week, usually for drinks and occasionally food or custard. This is the location I have to visit more often due to it being closer to my workplace. The food, custard, and drinks are always great. Just keep in mind the long wait times (could be up to 30 minutes) during their busy hours. Although they do have an online order option which may be faster during these times. Their dining room is also closed. I highly recommend the French fries, Boscoe Sticks, Onion rings, and Cheese curds. My go-to ice cream is the twist cone with sprinkles, although I love whenever they have the lemon blueberry and s'mores flavors. Their pineapple dole whip is awesome as well. Their flavored Cokes are the best in town and I highly recommend trying different flavors in your coke every time you go! My one major complaint is the service. I don't know what's in the air at this location, but the employees here have been consistently rude ever since I started visiting regularly over a year ago. It's to the point where my friends and family refuse to visit because of the rude employees. They don't want to visit the other location either because this particular one has ruined it for them. Even when I tell them it isn't personal and that's just how they are. It has gotten better the last couple months with new employees. Although the problem employees are always monotone, glare at you, and act like they are miserable — it makes visiting very off-putting and uncomfortable. After every item, they always ask "is that all?" or they give you your total before your order is even finished. Luckily I haven't seen these particular employees for awhile, BUT I visited yesterday (8/20) and was once again met with horrid service. I usually don't visit earlier in the day because the older employees are rude at baseline (which I think rubbed off on some of the teens that work(ed?) there). This particular person was the older blonde lady. She yells instead of using a normal speaking voice. I really don't know what her issue is, but it was beyond ridiculous and she really shouldn't be working the window with that attitude. When I was second in line, I could hear her yelling at the car in front of me as clear as day, every word. Once I pulled up to the window she had her back turned towards the window and was yelling at the young girl for about two minutes then finally took my order. She kept my card instead of giving it back to me after charging me. She gave me 2/3 of my items and was acting like I was done being served. I mentioned my remaining item and was about to mention my card as well. She cut me off and said "YEAH, I KNOW. I HAVE YOUR CARD." in such a judgmental, nasty tone while grimacing at me. Then kept asking if I wanted a recipe even after I told her no twice. It was not necessary at all. I used to work in retail and food service for years and I am never rude no matter what attitude I get. I understand it's stressful and customers can be a handful BUT I was not rude or inconvenient at all, just to receive this kind of treatment from her. I am tired of visiting this location just to get treated like this. If I am treated poorly one more time I will no longer support Igloo East, because this is clearly a known issue that isn't being fully taken care of. To end my review, great food, amazing drinks, and awesome custard. Horrible service if you get the unpleasant employees serving you. The nice employees are so appreciated and I always enjoy seeing them at the window.

I'm going to give this place more of a 2 and a half star rating because of the price. The food was good hot and fresh but very overpriced. I'm from out of state just stopping in and can see why I haven't heard of this place and it's not blowing up expanding with locations across the country. I spent about 20 dollars for a single meal at a fast food restaurant so I'm far from impressed with the money spent. Straw is ridiculously small I have never seen a straw this size used at any restaurant besides maybe a coffee shop. This place does have potential to be a 5 star fast food restaurant if prices where more appropriate and meals where sold as meals and not priced individually for each item. This in it's self would make it 4 and a half stars and another half star for normal straws lol. I didnt try any custard or deserts but I'm sure they are probably good considering the food was good. Reminds me of Culver's except Culver's is more affordable for the same quality.

This is a 2 1/2 star rating. The mushrooms had a good flavor, but the small bag had about 8 mushrooms in it and most were small and it was $5. The “huge” breaded tenderloin, again, good taste but $8 for it, and it’s not big. After tax almost $15 for this is absolutely not worth it. Service was decent.

Today I had the worse experience at this store ever!!!!!! We bought 4 deserts, 2 Large Turtles, and 1 Big banana Split, 1 Large Strawberry Sundae. After dinner with our guest we had desert. We notice the deserts were overwhelmed with peacans. I mean way to many. And we get the Turtles all the time and the Big banana split should only have some sprinkled on top. So I called because we ended up not finishing them. The manager Taylor argued with me first about it and was rude and kept trying to twist my words, finally she said come get your money or we can remake them. So I said I will come get refund back. I get there and there's a guy at window apparently Taylors boyfriend. I talk to Taylor about getting refund back and the boyfriend jumps in and starts telling me it's just ice cream lady and another girl behind window that didn't want to give me her name starts yelling at me. Then the boyfriend starts telling a family that just walked up that I am there complaining about ice cream so it's gonna take awhile. They just walked off. I felt ganged up on. The one with no name just would not stop yelling at me. Finally I asked for managers name and they wouldn't tell me. Said don't give out!!! This was a horrible experience. Taylor finally did void my order and gave me receipt that said voided. The boyfriend and both Taylor was making rude remarks when I left. I might just go picket this store!!! They deserve it. Apparently they are not sorry for mistakes and never once said sorry. Very rude staff and...
