I waited 10 minutes in line before the line even moved. The person taking the orders was rude to the customer in front of me. She must not have spoken loud enough because I heard the employee say "I can't hear you" in a rude tone. Then, I ordered my food. I specifically asked for country gravy with my chicken strip basket. Wait about 3 more minutes in line. When I got to the window, the employee was making my chocolate dipped cone. He didn't make it correctly because the chocolate coating was seeping out. Instead of giving it to me, he placed my cone on the counter while making my drink, which made the seeping worse! As soon as I recieved the cone, it was already leaking down the cone and was a mess. Then, one employee rudely asked if I ordered marinara sauce with BBQ sauce. I said, no I ordered the chicken strip basket. She then got angry at the employee who made my cone. When I got my food, I didn't get my country gravy, my food was cold and I only got 5 instead of 6 chicken strip. Go somewhere else. Its apparent from these reviews that management doesn't care and neither do...
Read moreI waited in a drive thru line of like 4 cars for 15 minutes to be given a blizzard that was literally half melted. Taking one look and seeing how melted it was, I remembered the thing about getting a free one if your blizzard is not served upside down. Instead of complaining about the horribly melted one I was given, I asked if my next one would be free (since this thing definitely would have fallen out if they had tried to serve it upside down). It was this whole thing of trying to figure out how to actually grant that to someone, and in the meantime everyone in the back gathered around to stare at me and talk about me. One person said âsheâs been waiting for this her whole life, someone to not serve it upside downâ. I almost never go to DQ, I was having a bad day and figured what the hell. I was perfectly nice up until that point, and I literally get made fun of in front of my face for having some pretty reasonable expectations....
Read moreWe stopped here with a small group of 7/8th graders on our way home from a retreat. Given the size of our group, it's no surprise that we had a little wait for our food. I'm a little disappointed that some orders took longer than it seems they should have. And also, it would be better if the ice cream hadn't been made and delivered before the rest of the meal--my sundae was a bit soupy by the time I finished my burger. Still the food was above my expectations. And to top it all off, I was about ready to complain about the fact that one of the kids had been waiting for her food for far too long, when one employee (the manager?) noticed she was patiently waiting at her table, went behind the counter and snapped her fingers, and soon returned with not only her food but also a coupon for a free sundae. Thanks to the employees that made the conclusion of our trip go smoothly at lunchtime on...
