A great restaurant not only offers delicious food but also superior service. Mae Sone offers authentic pho, but their service can not match the food quality. That is why I give 4 star. It was hard to find. Google Map only points to the plaza but not the exact location of the restaurant. This was no clearer sign of ā€œMar Sone Noodle Houseā€. I had to call the restaurant to confirm. It ended up with a plain white board with ā€œNoodle Houseā€ sign. There were lots of plants on the front door. The food was great. I ordered the Pho combination, the only downside was the beef slice did not taste fresh, the meat ball was Ok. The waitress was slow. She only came to my table once. It took forever for her to get my credit off the table. So I had to come to the front desk to pay. This is a mistake that many Asian restaurants have made. They simply focus on food but not over service and dinning experience.

Iā€™ve always enjoyed Asian cuisine but when I discovered this hidden jem I was completely blown away by how fresh the food tasteā€¦ In my 50+ years of living in Lafayette I never knew about this location but now Iā€™m a true fan and canā€™t get enough of it. They have the best eggrolls that Iā€™ve ever eaten.. The egg drop soup is full of delicious eggs, more eggs than Iā€™ve ever seen in egg drop soup. The dinner plate and fried rice are so fresh and tasty. I will be a weekly regular. The chefā€™s are husband and wife and their kind daughter works the front area with the customers. Iā€™m so excited that Iā€™ve been introduced to this restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to family, friends and anyone who enjoys fresh delicious Asian cuisine.....
