Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lafayette

The night crew is amazing. I wish i would have caught there names. But last Wednesday i caught a flat tire on my way there got to sonic pulled in a stall got out to fix it. And all of the carhops stopped at least once to check on me and ask if i needed help or anything. Another customer joined me to help fix my tire and they gave him a free water. Amazing customer service. They all were super sweet and helpful. I will 100% return just cause of the staff. I also got a milkshake and it actually was amazing. I used to work for sonic so normally i am a bit picky but honestly i love the night crew here. Day crew is hit or miss. I went the other day at like 150pm and my Dr pepper was flat and my cheese sticks and jalapeños poppers were room temp kinda going bad. We called once and got answered and instantly hung up on before we could talk and the next time a guy answered said he would check it and took a bit. Out of the 4 times i have gone during the day i can only think of 1 time something wasn't wrong. Also day crew has never once given me their names or greeted me just said my...

BEST. SONIC. IN. THE. COUNTRY. I lived right down the road on N William Drive and stopped by every day (sometimes twice a day, let's be honest) for my Route 44 Diet Dr. Pepper, Easy Ice, Add Vanilla. Raven, Joey, and Geoffrey were the most amazing, quick, attentive carhops in the franchise. Raven always has a smile, Joey is the kindest person around, and Geoffrey could always be counted on to have amazing socks that were super fun!

Do not take this Sonic for granted, Lafayette. We travelled the country in our RV, and I found myself missing the quick, pleasant service that my former sonic once had. Every other location seems to have incredibly ridiculous wait times, rude employees, and sometimes they even forget you placed an order (even if you used the app).

To this location's owner, if any of those carhops still work there, give them a raise and promotion. Please. They...

Had bad experiences but the manager Tim promised to make it right next visit. 12/11/21 a really sweet waitress came to my vehicle, Tim, her and another young waiter know my unique situation, caregiver for both of my 90's years old parents who suffer with serious health issues and they can't have certain condiments, cheese or lettuce, after a couple of mistakes Tim the manager was very professional and went beyond to make it right....as well as the young lady today. I hate I have to cause extra work but I have to get food my folks will eat, at these ages it's amazing they are eating at all. So thanks to the staff for their polite attention they go through with great attitudes to ensure my parents continue to enjoy Sonic Burgers ( onion rings and ff too...
