Monical's Pizza of Lafayette — Restaurant in Lafayette

If I could post less than 1 star I would. Very disappointed with my experience tonight. Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery at 6:20pm. Estimated time said it would be 7:20pm when delivered. It is now 7:43pm so I called. The manager said that it would still be another 20min or more before my food arrived and sounded annoyed that I was even calling about the order I paid for and was expecting 20mins earlier. If your stores are that backed up an email/text/call should be sent so people can ask for a refund/cancel their order or offer to just pick it up themselves. Highly disappointed that I am going on almost 2hrs and won't have the food I paid for for my family to eat dinner without rushing my kids to eat then bed. Just last week the same scenario and the food was here before delivery time. The place is expensive compared to every other pizza place but at least the service was fine and people were nice.. if there service is bad and people are rude I might as well go for the cheaper option.. My likelihood of dining with you and that rude service is...

Monical's thin crust is simply amazing. My favorites by far are bbq chicken and buffalo chicken (with their amazing ranch sauce). I know some people say chicken doesn't belong on pizza, but I say it sure does on Monical's thin crust! They do it right. They also have a really good club where you can sign up and they email you new coupons at the beginning of every month, and occasionally 1-2 other special coupons for 3 day specials. I will say that their breadsticks are really not worth getting. Very very plain. Just get the pizza. Also, their salads are decent, but not amazing. Again, I say get the pizza. I have, once or twice, gotten regular crust pizza, but their thin crust is why I go there....

This is my favorite place to eat but when I take my kid in there and the younger teenage girls there tn gives you not so good service and won’t even acknowledge your there but treat others around so nice keeps right up with them but I had to ask for something ordered the family pleaser did not get my pitcher that I paid for bc they had told me there was nothing they could do to change it so I was over charged and had crappy service I will be calling someone hirer up bc the amount of disrespect and bad service I got tn was not worth $92 and on top of everything the 25 breadsticks was hard so I also did not even enjoy the one thing I love...
