We always look forward to stopping by for their delicious baked goods whenever we're in town, and we've loved supporting them from the very beginning! However, while we love cats, dogs, and kids- they do not belong in a commercial kitchen and raise concerns about cleanliness. A little tidying, organization, and decluttering from the entry to the exit would go a long way! This amazing Mexican panadería is now open in Lafayette! Tons of delicious sweet and savory baked goods — my favorites so far have been the jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed bread and the Bavarian cream-filled cinnamon-sugar donuts. I have been waiting for this bakery to open up for a while, so when it finally did I couldn’t wait to try it! I got some pan dulce, pineapple/apple empanadas, and various other treats that I couldn’t resist trying. Topped it off with a serving of some ice cream!
