Went in to this location today to upgrade 3 phones and the lady working didn't greet us at all. My husband said hello and she did not respond, so I assumed she was on the phone. I finally made my way over for a closer look and she was not on the phone, just ignoring us. I asked if she could help us with upgrades, and she responded with, let me know what you are looking for and continued to just sit behind the register, never once came to help us. My husband finally went over and gave her our information and she told us the name of 2 phones that we could upgrade to and we had to go look at them alone, without assistance. Finally, my husband asks loudly if she could give us specifics on the phones as there was hardly any data on the info cards. Again, she never came over, just asked back what it is we wanted to know. She rattled off 3 things from behind the register. Obviously we were a bother to her and she was not interested in customer service in the least. Worst customer service ever!!! More important, she didn't want to try, insisting that I had to call customer service. Customer Service means talking to someone about in Mexico or the Philippines...very tough to hear and understand them -- and cricket won't allow their staff to say where they are located - cricket wants to hide this from customers. Phone customer service staff are not empowered with access to historical account information, and they aren't well trained either. They keep apologizing but offer no intelligent solutions, or even a clear understanding of how to find solutions. Overall, from the local store to the online and phone customer service, Cricket is a sub standard cellphone company. Don't waste your time. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple dollars more a month and go with another cellphone company. It will save you time and money in...
