Went to Firehouse Subs on Saturday April 24th, 2021 between the time of 1:30pm and 2:00pm. The sandwiches never disappoint but on this day the employees did. I am sure employees go through a on-boarding process of what to do, what "NOT" to say when getting hired. But then again I maybe mistaken. There was inappropriate talk behind the counter amongst the employees about certain customers. This should not be discussed or even mentioned in the public eye when employees are working. Also what is the matter with Firehouse Subs putting the drinking cups on the tables for the customers to pick from. (Picture attached) We are worried about wearing masks and spreading the virus, but did you happen to think that the virus can also spread on the cups that are in the middle restaurant. I mean employees are wearing gloves for food handling procedures and probably follow the best practices of anyone entering the establishment. But it seems to be pretty hypocritical to have someone wear a mask on entering an establishment, only to find out the cups are out in the open for...

The sandwich was very good and was the quality I have come to expect from Firehouse. When an older gentleman who couldn't move easily placed his order, they brought his food to him. I believe my first visit was on a bad day for the location. I will be coming back to this location in future.
Specifically for this location. I love firehouse in fact this is the first one where I felt they didn't care. The "hot" sandwich was cold untoasted and just hap hazardly thrown together. The staff seemed uncaring and just wanted to get sandwiches out. Adding insult to injury the bag was wet and so when I got out of my car the bag ripped and spilled my cold sandwich on the ground. I will be going to the location at Superior Plaza from now on as they have always done a...
Read moreVery unwelcoming experience. First we weren’t told the toaster wasn’t working so all our subs bread was cold and breaking apart. Also, zachariah the gentleman came over and ripped the tables that we put together apart seconds after we stood up to leave and gave us a dirty look and as we were leaving he yelled across the store at us to close the door as we were holding it open for our 4&6 year old. I turned around to wash the 4 year olds hands before we let when Zachariah is talking about us to his coworker very loudly saying he doesn’t know why we were going outside if we needed to wash my sons hands and more that I couldn’t make out. I politely asked for his name as I felt very uncomfortable with the Irritability he was showing us in front of the children and all the other customers in the restaurant. Overall super bummed to...
