Very disappointed in the service I received from Hayden. Not only did he not pay attention to my issue I had to repeat myself and while I did I know I sounded out off bc I was. He then asked me if Im ok. I said Im fine and asked him if that was ok with him. He said he’s trying to help me and to be nice to him. I was not rude in saying anything just put off I had to repeat myself. My issues were not resolved. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 yrs. All I needed was to return the phone I had as it was grandfathered in as a jump on demand so I needed to have the label printed. He said his manager said the portal was down. Asked for so called manager and then Hayden said he didn’t have managers. Well who did he go ask then? I’ve been to this location numerous times and it’s always bad customer service. I know I’m only 1 person but I don’t need some kid who doesn’t care about their job to talk to me with such disrespect after I’ve spent $ in the store and with the company he works for. This is a very bad look. But, i guess i don’t know what to expect when business are hiring “bodies” just to fill spots. 3-13-25 Decided to give this location another chance… smh. Was greeted as if I was bothering them. Again. The manager was rude and bothered that she’d have to order the phone she kept telling me. I said thank you I’ll order it online.. and walked out.

Read moreJust purchased a new HTC phone, brought it to the Lafayette store to get my data and stuff transferred and the phone activated. Afterall, TMobile is my carrier and that is what they should do. The response I got was "Oh another Iphone6 want a be. Excuse me, HTC has designed the slim line phone long before IPhone 6. Then he rudely stated, oh TMobile is not going to sell that phone here it is not supported by our signal. Wanting to go further into trashing my brand new HTC A9 phone he decided to look it up online and do some research, something I already did before purchasing. It didn't take long before he stated that it was a pretty nice powerful phone that is supported by the signal.
Now I am not an electronics junky needing the latest and greatest but wanted to treat myself to a new phone since my other HTC phone was 3 years old and on a slow death and believe me I got my money worth.
After the other guy working there working at getting my account set up. I left,thinking my phone was all working. Well, I had NO data or internet, just a phone. So I contacted TMobile then HTC and reworked the issue myself. I ended up transferring the data from my old HTC phone to the new one.
Either sales reps were able to help me, in fact they created more of an issue and I certainly did not appreciate the one guy trashing my new phone without doing any appropriate research.
What is the point of having this satellite store anyway? Buy your phones somewhere else and work with...
Read moreHave delt with both Annabelle and Hayden in the past 48 hours. Both of these representatives have caused me to lose all faith in this company. Annabelle helped me to trade in a phone without activating the ESIM in the new phone. Ive now found out that it is impossible for me to activate this card on my own as I am not the person listed as the biller on the account. When calling t-mobile to try and add me we were told it would take a very unreasonable amount of time to add my name to the account. I now have no choice but to either find a time where all party's can physically be in the store to set up the phone properly or mail this faulty phone back to my family so they can pay a $70 restocking fee to return it so we can move on with a more trust worthy company??? This is not adding up. The employees at this location have no idea what they are doing at all and I'm beyond frustrated with this entire process. I do hope that the proper measures to retrain these employees takes place so that this frustration can be avoided by future customers. Please do not let the employees let you leave this store without making sure the phone is in working condition. Annabelle started a 5 hour long update on the phone without first activating the Sim card and now I'm in a huge mess trying to make sure I have a working phone and not a thousand dollar...
