I'll start this off by first mentioning I work in the food/service industry. So with it being the 4th of July I understand food shortages and working on holidays. But as someone who also knows to treat a customer with respect I'd like to be talked to as a paying customer. I got there at about 8:40 so I expected to not get the best quality due to employees being frustrated with working a holiday. When I first pulled up I was greeted with "wait a second" and that's ok to hold off my order because I know that when your busy and only a few people are on shift with you it can be hard. After this I was told that they were basically out of everything for the most part. I asked if they had certain menu items and was told "No it's the fourth of July and its late". I then asked what was available and he/she seemed annoyed to list out what was available. I was taken back by the tone and I decided to get something new (The Beijing Beef) along with the usual orange chicken and fried rice. After pulling up to the window I paid and was practically tossed my bag. After seeing the food was in a smaller portion (A bowl instead of a plate) I asked if they had orange chicken due to the fact I had ordered it. I was told no. At this point I was so fed up that I decided to just count my losses and leave. I would like to mention this employee by name but I know it would probably result in them getting fired so I'm going to leave it with this. This location needs to implement better service protocol in addition to having employees control their temper. Overall the Beijing Beef was a great choice and tasted good as well as the fried rice as always. But the service was down...
Read moreAwful service and awful food. For starters, the girl at the window, TyReesha V, delivered awful customer service at the window. She was short with me at the order menu and seemed pissed that I added a second drink at the window and when my card fell on the ground she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and closed the window....no apology at all, even though I'll say we both played a part in the card falling. I had to ask the car behind me to back up so that I could manuver my pregnant self to pick up my card. Next was the awful order, we ordered the Wok Steak and Shrimp and there was only 1 shrimp (see photo) and 2 very nasty eggrolls. TyReesha also forgot our second eggroll so after struggling to get my card, I had to get out of the car, into the heat, and go inside to get my second eggroll....only to find out that the bowl and eggrolls we're nasty and we threw it all away at the next next. Also, when I went inside, I happened to get the manager and I explained the missing roll and told him the girl at the window was rude, he apologized and gave me the missing roll, no further action was taken. First and last experience with this place. We should've followed our first mind to go to Panera Bread next door....that's a mistake we'll NEVER make again. 1 star is too much.....something Google should work on! If up to me I'd issue a...
Read moreI gave them a 2 star instead of 1 only because the food is good. Problem is this location seems to have a lot of issues. We used to be able to make 2 orders via the drive thru until suddenly they stopped accepting multiple orders. That was no issue, we started to go inside. Seems they close the inside quite often, twice due to AC issues and then other times because of other issues, but still won't take more than an order at a time via drive thru so we either go somewhere else or if someone really wants it, make 2 rounds through the drive thru. When you order inside they have 2 people on drive thru and one working inside orders which gets backed up because Saud worker is fixing food and working the register. You sit there and watch them make 3-4 drive thru orders (not exaggerating, it happens almost every time I visit which is generally once or twice every other week). I've watched entrees I was planning on partaking I'm disappear in front of my eyes while I just waited to get my order filled at the counter forcing me to get something else or wait 5-10 minutes for them to make new dishes because they wait until it's out before dropping more. Only keep going back because some of my co-workers really enjoy the food, but even they agree this location keeps getting more and...
