Met the owner at the Bridal Show. I really liked her. And we gave her a deposit on the spot. I have no hard feelings toward her and congratulate her on her pregnancy .However due to her being pregnant she couldn’t do our cake instead of calling or informing us she just passed us off to her decorator.. However we did not know this until the tasting appointment, When we came for the appointment for the tasting we could tell the cupcakes were frozen and not very fresh plus our order was wrong. And the owner was not there, which was not known to us before hand. The other lady tried to pass off a white cake as a butter pecan flavor by just putting a pecan on it. The majority of our order was incorrect. When asked about it she blamed me until I showed her the email. She was very rude, condescending and flaky. And never apologized. At no time were we even shown or given a consultation. Instead I was told to send a picture of what I wanted to an email address. Which was another vendors design and work. Very very unprofessional. I left very upset because I had my heart set on using this company as a vendor. When we finally spoke to the owner she insulted my mom by insinuating we had a lower budget and said they don’t do a lot of the frills for lower budgets.. I personally think 500.00 - 700.00 for a wedding cake where the guest list is 150 to be a normal range. We decided to part ways and we would receive the deposit back within a week. She never apologized for how awful we were treated and how horrible the tasting was. 34.00 for 12 old cupcakes done incorrectly is ridiculous. I would happily pay that for decent service and food, Since then we hired another vendor who is making my dream cake and has almost 45 years of experience and incredibly professional. Sadly we are still waiting for the deposit to be sent back to us. I didn't even ask for a refund in the tasting... which I should have. This happened on May 4th. The owner told my mom her deposit would be received within a week. We still have not received it nor heard anything from the owner.

We had a disastrous tasting after we paid a deposit on a wedding cake for my daughter! They were not completely prepared and did not have the correct flavors. They blamed it on my daughter but emails proved this to be false! The owner was not there when we went to the tasting and did not disclose the fact that she would not be there. The lady that greeted us was unpleasant and rolled her eyes at us on several occasions when we complained about cake flavors. One of which was butter pecan. Their version was a white cake with a pecan on top! Really!!! I called the owner and she disclosed to us that she will not be available on the date to be involved with the cake as she was going to leave it to the lady that was present during the tasting. She did not disclose this when we put a deposit down for cake and when she found out that she would not be available the day of my daughter’s wedding she did not inform us of this! The owner agreed to give me my deposit back as she should do for good business practice but now she is refusing!! The owner, Morgan told me that she would refund the money to me because she would not be available for my daughters wedding and I guess she lied to me and is now refusing to do so. I warn those who are considering hiring this company as they are not a company that practices ethical honest business. We did enter into a contract But the tasting was not right, the flavors were falsified(butter pecan with a pecan on top of a white cake) and the woman in charge was obviously unprofessional and inadequate so pieces of cake is not honor their part of contract. Lastly a verbal agreement about returning our money was not honored!! Run away from this company as...

This may be a bit of a different kind of review, but I'm actually here from a review this business left on Snowflake window stickers on Temu. I saw the bakerys door and it looked so cute! I'm a baker from Missouri and LOVE seeing others creations, I came here and was NOT disappointed! You all make such lovely, delicate, intricately detailed cakes, I am in awe! And then, upon reading your responses to not only the good reviews, but the bad ones from people that didn't even bother to let you KNOW and jumped straight to Google to try and leave a bad taste (no pun intended lol) in others mouths about your business, you handled yourself with such intelligence, class and elegance, I'm awestruck by your lovely character! Keep doing what you do, you are absolutely killing it! I will most definitely be stopping in when I make my drive to Florida next...
