Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lafayette

I've ordered food from here many times without incident, but today, I was blatantly disrespected by the manager.

I gave my name as "Nathan Woodruff" when I arrived. The manager, in a correcting tone, said, "it's actually Nathanael," or words to that effect. Then, in a mocking tone, she started intentionally mispronouncing my name.

I would have dropped the whole thing, but they gave me the wrong drinks, so I had to return. I also asked to speak to a manager about what happened when I picked up my order only to discover it was the manager who was disrespectful. Instead of apologizing, she tried to gaslight me into believing she was just trying to figure out how it was pronounced. She wouldn't have used a mocking tone if that's what she was doing, and there was no need to be argumentative.

The food is general as good as you expect from a pizza hut, and I used to eat there regularly. I'll never go there again.

It's not even the disrespect about my name, though uncalled for, but the attempt to gaslight me that I won't tolerate.

Stuffed pepperoni was ok. Crust was missing flavor. Lemon pepper wings had a stronger pepper taste than lemon. Inconsistent seasoning. Cinnamon sticks the cinnamon crust had crystallized and didn’t have the best flavor. Appreciate the delivery time was reduced by 40 minutes when we called. Order said 64-74 minutes, my husband called to inquire because we only had one stuffed crust, wings, cinnamon sticks and Pepsi. They weren’t helpful on the call other than offering to cancel the $60 order ( which was definitely too expensive even with one coupon), then starting order again which would require then to take additional payment for us to switch to carry out. For that reason we opted to keep order as is. After that maybe 10 minutes later received text that delivery driver...

update*. The manger Jarvis ( I hope i spelled his name right) he personally gave me a phone call and offered me a credit to my account to make up for the inconvenience i had on my previous order. He was very kind and certainly made me happy about the situation. Great guy and i’ll continue to choose pizza hut. thank you!

Ordered online and had an issue with my order. it duplicated one of the pizzas and didn’t save the actual second pizza i wanted. called after the pizza arrived and they didn’t offer any help in fixing the issue. only offered to deliver the right one at full cost which was already an obvious choice but i figured they’d offer a coupon or free delivery or anything to help the inconvenience.
