Wendy’s should mystery shop their employees especially on drive thru customer service. When you’re trying to tell the person your order you shouldn’t keep asking “anything else?” It’s rude and dismissive. When I go up to the window the order is wrong. A lady gets a woman to change the order and when you think it’s fixed and pay for your meal. Get the meal and is still wrong. I had to park, go in and have them fix the meal. John the manager looks irritated at the fact I had told him the order is still wrong. So now I’m irritated bc he looks irritated with me. All I wanted was a 6 piece nugget with sauce on the side. Not sure how hard that was. Took less than minute which then he gives me cold! Fine, I’ll pay Wendy’s for cold food! I get home (less than 5 minutes away)and the rest of the meal was cold. Jr burger with half a piece of bacon and cheese not melted and chili with cheese that isn’t even melted. My elderly mother was upset about her burger and chili so she called to talk to the manager to tell him the experience I had and about her food. John gets on the phone and argues with my elderly mother and hung up on her. She calls back and they refuse to answer. That’s the kind of manager you have working there leading by example. No wonder why the staff there doesn’t care about customer service or customer...
Read moreSo I mostly travel by bike .and desperately needed to order food at Wendy's. Only problem was that the lobby was closed. So I started thinking of how I could get food from drive thru on a bike. So I decided to try calling and placing the order then pick up on my bike. Well the employee instantly shoot that down and said they absolutely could not take orders over the phone, and gave me no other alternative. Then I thought of looking online. I learned that you could place orders on the app to be picked up. So that's what I did. When the app alerted me that my order was ready I rode up on my bike to pick up , the order was not ready, the manager seemed to be upset that I was able to figure out how to place a pick up on my bike. I waited 15 minutes for my order that turned out to be all wrong nothing fresh and no napkins. People should be more focused on helping the customer however they can, rather than being judgemental on the customers appearance Im pretty sure the fact I was on a bike they are the assumption I was lower poverty level. Then proceeds to make it as hard as possible for the assumed lower class citizen to feed their family. Left me speechless never going back...
Read moreHorrible employees! We went through the drive through to order our food which was a couple sandwiches and two small chili’s. The lady at the window quickly shoved all the food at us. Seeing as fast food tend to forget things often, we checked the bags to make sure everything was there. Everything was, except we were missing one chili. We waited at the window for her to open it back up to let her know we were missing one. She threw the window open and asked a furious what. We proceeded to let her know we still needed one small chili, to which she replied “it’s in there, in the bag, with everything else it’s all there”. She didn’t even let us get a word out to explain. When she finally figured out we DID still need one, she basically threw the bag at us. I’m usually forgiving to people but for this encounter alone I will not be going back. If the people in charge let their employees act like this, that is not somewhere...
