Chuck E Cheese use to be a fun place to go. It was nice to go with your family and have a relaxing dinner. It has now degraded as a family restaurant. It's customer service quality is terrible and it's food isn't even that good. They never have anybody working outside, and make like 1 pizza every two hours. I went today to find the three slices of pizza that they call a buffet, and the rotten lettuce put in a little bowl on the side, which supposable was the salad. I ordered a pizza, as I new that it wasn't worth to pay the money towards a "buffet" than to actually have a meal. Once there, I found out that the games now needed cards with credits instead of tokens. The cashier did not want to help me at all. After realizing that her attitude was nothing that I wanted to deal with, I took my things and went to my table. I noticed that the games were no longer 1 token but 2-3 credits. This was a total ripoff since the prices for the credits were higher than the ones for the tokens. Most of the games were broken, and they would steal credits when you would play. I also wanted to get a salad, but I was refused the possibility until 2 o'clock, when the lunch buffet would close. I got there at 12, so I decided to wait. They did not open the salad bar until 3. They obviously did not care if I bought anything, as they made me wait three hours for a salad. By the time they said it was done, I had already gotten frustrated and decided not to buy anything. If I could give lower than one star, I would. I wish I could give negative stars to truly express how bad it was. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as it is not worth it. Maybe three years ago, I would've love to go to Chuck E. Cheese, now it is a dread. Never again will I go to see that ugly...
Read moreHad a bad experience with a worker here today! I haven't been here in a while and didn't know that the jumping was paid separately! Which is fine . Both my 3 and 6 year old went in with other kids this worker came over and told them to get out and proceeded to tell us parent its was 20 dollars which i was going to pay but of course my 6 year old with autism adhd and anxiety didn't comprehend what was going on so she was no longer in the jumper as I was explaining to her what was going on this worker comes over and ignores me that i am speaking to my daughter and approaches her and tells her to get out ! So immediately i confronted this worker and explained that she has autism and needs to be explained better and as doing it and i told her i was handling it and she didn't have to come over and tell her while im speaking to her to get out this worker then gets confrontational and tells me to stop yelling at her which I wasn't at any point . I did speak to the manager and told her everything she apologized. Told me she was a minor ( the worker ) minor or not shes a staff member and maybe needs a bit more training in situations like this ! Never again will I come to this location! i am not a person to complain ever but in this situation and with a child and instead of apologizing arguing with me is not good...
Read moreChuck E Cheese scams the kids at a bday party. They advertise "Kid-friendly chain known for its arcade games, pizza parties & play zones"...the play zone was always free. Not anymore. We spent $350 on a birthday party for a 3 year old. With 10 kids. They wanted an extra $20 per kid to access the play zone which was a trampoline, climb up and slide down. So that would have cost an extra $200 on top of the $350 for something that used to be free. So if the 10 kids were thinking they would have access to the play zone were crying as they saw other kids in there and were told they could not go in there. Even McDonald's has a free play zone for kids. Not Chuck E Cheese. Shame on Greedy Cuck E Cheese causing kids to cry at a bday party because they want to jump on the trampoline they want an additional $200 above the $350 it cost for the pizza party. So disappointed. The play zone used to be the only free thing there. Plus no water cups for adults unless you want a Dixie cup. How cheap. What next Chuck will charge $10 to use the bathroom. Won't be back. Stop gauging families for a kids bday party. Do...
