The Village at Nellie Gail Ranch — Local services in Laguna Hills

I love this little shopping center because it's so close especially now that they put a Smart & Final there but I wish they would put some nicer restaurants there. They have chunky cheese there for the kids there's a flooring place bicycle place they took out Rita's icees which I will miss. Oh I want to mention they do have Mobtown Pizza which is so much better than Blaze in all respects the employees at mod Pizza are much more friendlier the pizzas are a bit tastier and I do love their salads they're not pre-made like it Blaze I want to tell you how many times I bought a little salad at Blaze and fine the inside core of the lettuce do they not know that people do not eat that we stopped going to Blaze Pizza and I always go to Mobtown now also the place is always much cleaner than Blaze Pizza which is just down the street not even about a mile away. Oh I just also want to mention that one time when we were at blaze a young girl with very frizzy hair that barely had her cap on I told her that in the white sauce there was a hair and their white sauce for their Pizza there oh of course she remove the container but did anyone tell her to tuck in her hair under her hat or to wear a hairnet the person that manages that Blaze is terrible like I said I've seen employees talk about other employees weather waiting on you tables are not cleared of their food and that's why we switched mod Pizza. I love this store; I was introduced to this store via my sister who swore it was a great store, especially for their hot cooked chicken. They seem to have most house whole staples as other stores consisting of refrigerated and frozen packaged items, a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, canned goods, snacks, paper goods, and pet food...they even have fresh hot baked whole chickens. I recently fell in love with their store label First Street fresh bakery goods and dairy items, in addition to their other high quality items, such as house hold items, laundry detergent, paper goods, dog food, etc. What is most appreciated, is their staff is friendly, attentive, informative, and helpful. This is not my favorite location of the Smart and Final chain. It's a small store with a limited selection of products. I can easily drive a little further up the street for a full-scale shopping experience. The employees here are generally kind, except for one gentleman who seemed to be having a bad day during my visit. Because of his demeanor, I returned items I had intended to purchase to their rightful place. In the future, I would suggest improving customer service, although I understand that we all have...
