Update: once again had to request a new cashier open up. Then had to bare witness to the cashier with a crappie attitude that reeked âI hate my job and donât want to be here.â If it wasnât for the excellent chicken salad I wouldnât be bothered with this store.
Iâve had on at least three separate occasions had to literally ask an employee to open up an additional check out stand. Iâm not being paid to do this. This is managementâs responsibility.
On my last visit I had put my cold items inside my own insulated bag (obviously to keep cold until I check out). When I was next up the jerk cashier (will not disclose his name) picked up my bag and dumped all of the items onto the counter. This was after he looked at the bag person while rolling his eyes. I asked to speak to the manager and conveyed what happened. Not a âsorry this happenedâ not a âthank you for bringing this to my attentionâ just got a blank stare.    Read moreI know in the past I've had problems at the store and I put it on my Yelp review but the store has improved they have a new woman manager and she seems to be doing a great job. Especially with this virus right now I like that they have more than one Checker early in the morning so I can get in and out since I am elderly and have underlying conditions I'd like to shop and now I feel safe. I also noticed their employees constantly cleaning I could tell you I've topped many stores and this store is very clean. Produce manager very friendly at the store Plus his produce always looks great. There's also a young African-American young man that works the dairy Department where the cheeses are and sometimes he works in the meat department and seafood department he is also very nice very friendly very helpful the store has...

The first one is about the bad customer service from cashier SHAHRAM. In many times I have had to be helped by him, the first thing that comes out of his mouth is⌠Bag? Not even a âHelloâ or âHow are you?â
If he doesnât like the customer service, let him work by removing incorrect prices and to this I add my second complaint:
I wanted to buy a bag of grapes whose price was $3.99 per pound and when I tried to paid the price was $15 dollars!!! I asked the cashier on duty why it marked that price to which he responded that that was the price.
I attach a photo (bag of grapes) so that it is clear that there is some trick here.
Be very careful and as customers pay attention to what the register says.
The store may be committing this type of theft without its customers...
