JC Donuts — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

they charged me $52 for a box of donuts and three croissants. I asked if that was the right price and she said yes- it was pretty incredulous, but I just gotten off a long night shift as a Nurse asked for a receipt and paid the bill went back the next day and said I can’t believe it’s $52 for a dozen donuts which are supposed to be 17.99 and three croissants. she immediately got defensive and tried to blame me for the mistake. Long story short, they called me up after I give them my number about half an hour later and she was yelling, continuously interrupting me was extremely rude and defensive. I told her I just read a a previous yelp review in which you overcharged another patron. She added donuts to my order to round out the dozen and put in all donuts that they have an up charge for like an extra $1.50 if there are sprinkles on a doughnut. And another 2.25 if it’s a cronut. Of course, she never told me when she was putting them in the box that they would cost more money. The worst part was her rudeness on the phone her continuous screaming - Every time I tried to speak with her, she kept screaming “blah, blah, blah blah blah blah” over and over again is it really worth it to lose a customer for $10 or so and risk a bad yelp review? Don’t waste your time don’t waste your money. The donuts were mediocre at best, but had they been fantastic it still would not have been worth $50, are you telling me two dozen donuts are supposed...

While the service is fast and products are tasty. I'm disappointed when I asked what donuts were included in the dozen box purchase. She informed me some where more then others. Ok, please tell me what ones are more. I'd like to avoid this at this time. She said ok. Pick out ones and the total for 1 dozen donuts, coffee, 2 smoothies were 60! I wouldnt suggest this place based on this experience. While customers are willing to pay, however I feel taken advantage of. She got super defensive when I explained again I asked to be let know what was more vs what came in the 17.99 box of a dozen donuts. I only give 2 stars based on this experience. Their products...
