Target — Local services in Aliso Viejo

If I could give negative stars I would. This target has horrible customer service. Now I love target don't get me wrong but this particular one needs to work on customer relations. I bought a crib for my son and asked for a cart the lady went to the back and never came back. Another time I bought a lansinoh breast pump, they say they don't take returns on these, well obviously someone did because when I got home and opened it up there were batteries in it ( the box said batteries not included) and Everything was a mess. When I tried to take it back, only an hour later, they wouldn't take it back stating they don't return those! I'm was like well someone obviously did! It then took three days and I had to speak with 4 different people two of them were managers to get my money back.The last instance was when I went with my son to get a crib liner and a few other things. I put z-quil in my cart but later my husband texted me he didn't need it well I got to self check out at that point and had already rung up my other items I turned to ask the guy if he could take it or what I should do with it and he basically ignored me talking to another employee about shift changes, I tried twice to get his attention both times he ignored me. I then decided to put it back in my cart and I was going to take it up front to another cashier after I was finished paying for my items. As soon as I got my receipt the guy then finally noticed me and asked to see my receipt I gave it to him and explained that I was trying to give it to another cashier at the front, he then in a very harsh tone said " this is the front" took the z-quil and walked away. Had he been paying attention he would've realized I was not trying to steal it but trying to give it back. These are just a few examples of why you should not shop at this target I work customer service at the store next-door and I've had other customers come in and complain to me about the service of this particular target. Now as I have said I love target and I don't condemn the whole company just this particular target. You're better off going next-door to the Walmart where you'll get better customer service for a...

I’ve been shopping at this target for over 30 years. It’s kept very clean and organized. They have a great Lego section in the toy section that my kids love to visit. I think a few words of feedback would be that my wife couldn’t find a plain black t shirt for our daughter even tho the app showed it was in stock and where it was supposed to be. I think this is an easy fix and should be solved. Also my wife was interested in buying a phone case but they seemed to be very disorganized or very difficult to understand the organization. They had the Halloween stuff out early which is fun but the shelves were really bare. It could make sense to put up a sign saying coming soon. The checker was helpful and fast. We got something from Starbucks which seemed to be closing very early but they were still able to help us. Overall very happy with this store and very few complaints. Keeping it clean and organized would be my main advice so that wealthier clientele continue to watch to shop here. Sometimes Walmarts get a little trashy but this location definitely represents...

I went to Aliso viejo target tonight (8/31/18) to return a stroller that I got for a gift that I did not need. Since I didn't have a receipt I figured I would get store credit to use on something that I actually did need. The first Target associate was having problems so he called another over, Donna. She said without a receipt she could not return it because she said there was no way to know it was from target. I showed her that the box said target on it and they were selling the exact same one in store! She still refused to return it and could not give a reason as to why she would not return it. When I asked her for her associate number she said she did not have one... Donna was rude and unprofessional. The most frustrating part is she didn't have any kind of reason for why it couldn't be returned, she just kept saying it couldn't be returned without a receipt.
