Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

Ordered a pizza with spinach, they put barely any spinach (see photo). I asked if they could please add more. They said no they can't because it will burn. So when the order isn't done as it should be you are just stuck paying for it and being unhappy or just walking out and not paying. They also added jalapenos, which were not one of the ordered ingredients ordered. I removed the obvious one you see in the picture, but bit into another and had to spit it out. Also, if you order a drink you have to tell them, can I please have my drink? Otherwise they don't check the ticket and see what you ordered and have it ready for you. Asked for crushed red peppers to sprinkle on my pizza and they said I would have to pay for it. The pizza place 2 min from my house includes this for free, along with all the other pizza places I have been to. I actually drove from RSM to the Laguna Hills Dominos location hoping they would do better, because the locations I've been to that are closer to me (Ridge Route and Portola Parkway) are both terrible. It's hard to give a star to an order I haven't even received, but in the past you were always awesome, so I won't give you 1 star, just for 1 screw up. I placed an order at 0729 pm last night. It is 0905 am the next morning, but we still have not heard back from Dominos regarding the order. I would like to get my refund. It is $60 with change, and I am not ordering anything else from you again. I cannot get to anyone by phone. All of your customer service lines are disconnected. Why do you let go of your corporate customer service office staff at night, if your stores are open till 1 am, and customers need help with their transactions? At around 0830 pm last night, 30 min after I placed the order, the tracker said the order was delivered. I called the store, and the guy said the tracker was broken, he only had 3 guys working that night, and that he was ready to walk out because he could not take it anymore. This was the last time I had any communication with Dominos. You know, it's just pizza. I don't care if I did not get it. You gave me a favor, less junk food, carbs and cholesterol. I like the...

Little but of a protest review - This particular store just seems so badly run. I have never received a hot pizza from them yet… I don’t care if it takes an hour, or 1.5 hours to deliver. I understand that…. What I HATE is being told via the app that the pizza is delivered and yet it doesn’t actually show up for 30-45 mins after.

I get notifications that the pizza is on the way, and THEN there is a long delay. It seems to me that the drivers are totally overwhelmed and as a result the quality is reduced.

Every pizza I get from this location is warm. Not hot. I speak with the delivery guy and he says he has to make too many deliveries to be able to ensure the quality.
