i happened to go 2 days in a row because i was craving a bagel ( i am pregnant) but they had ran out the day before, so i got something different .so i went back the next day to get one. As i was paying the lady in the front told me i owed her $4 from yesterday (whatever its just $4 not a big deal) but she was really rude about it. i did not get why she did not tell me while i was still there waiting for my food after i paid. she could of easily told me i forgot to charge you and i would of gladly paid for it . but really? after 24hrs i really don't even know if i even owed her money since i was not provided a receipt or she would of confused me for...

I would give this place more stars but honestly every time I go in your order and then you try and pay and nobody pays attention to you when you’re trying to pay for your food, and then when finally your foods ready then they ask you to wait in line and then pay? I don’t understand the point or ordered for this . I even tried to pay asking if I could just pay them before hand and she wouldn’t let me and then I said what’s the point of that. She said next time just ask if you can pay and then go and I said I just did that!! No one listens!! I just don’t understand the order there is no order to this it wastes so much time...

Great little spot for breakfast or a guilty pleasure. The staff is really helpful and quite quick, and it seems like on a Saturday the place is filled with regulars (making small talk with the staff). The fritters are a little thinner and crunchier than most I have had, but honestly it tastes better than the thicker and softer ones I have had. I would definitely return for the apple fritter.
