Moe's Deli & Catering — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

Moved away a few years back and happened to be in the area wanting a sandwich. Thought to myself "Why not go to Moe's?"

Walked in and the namesake himself, Moe, was jaw-dropped that I had walked in. It was as if no time had passed! Great greeting and a great chat to start off the visit!

Went to order my sandwich and the same crew from "back in the day" was there making sandwiches. After chatting with the guys for a few, my order for an 8" Triple Stack was in.

The Triple Stack is one of their "signature" sandwiches, comprised of Ranch, Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Cheddar, Tomatoes, Onions, Black Olives, Lettuce. I had them hold the tomatoes and olives and from the second the sandwich entered my mouth, the thoughts of "oh how I've missed this place entered my mind!"

My new home doesn't have a place like Moe's (or I haven't found it yet) so it was really nice to support this business owner who treats all of his customers as if they are his friends.

I can't recommend this place enough!

WOW WOW WOW! I am a big foodie guy, I’m a critic for myself and I’ve eaten a-lot of places. I have tried EVERYTHING on the menu at Moe’s Delis and I give everything on the menu 100/10. My top favorite is the french dip, kookoo, Cabo turkey based on my taste profile and liking and cultural background. But I’ve loved all the sandwiches. The team is very nice people, super helpful and the owners are also very nice and humble and helpful and honest. I love their bread, i like my extra toasted because i enjoy the crispiness. The meats and veggies are always fresh, and taste great. The soups are delicious as-well. The sauces are great. They have great selection of chips and other drinks! They also offer catering for all sorts of event, so i know where to go for my next event. ALSO! Definitely ask for the secret menu for surprises hehe. Every-time i went in the shop i always had friendly experience. Moes delis will always be my favorite local business and i will not stop recommending their foods to my friends and family. NICE LUNCH ! After visiting OC camera around midday on Saturday this eatery close by looked a good spot for lunch. My wife and I walked in here just after 12.30pm. I explained to a friendly guy named Cody behind the counter that we would like to order THE ITALIAN ( Italian vinaigrette, salami, pepperoni, capicola, mortadella, provolone, tomatoes, onion, black olives, lettuce, banana peppers ) from the Classics Menu to share. He explained that it came in 8 inch and 12 inch size. We weren't that hungry so Cody said the 8 inch should be enough. He directed us to the cashier counter to place our lunch order. VERY QUICK ! Our Italian Sandwich was ready before we could blink....cut in half and on separate plates. TOTALLY DELICIOUS ! We enjoyed our shared Italian sandwich which had the freshest top quality ingredients loaded inside a scrumptious fresh baked bread roll. We both used the restrooms before we left...perfectly clean....
