I've been to many different Cavas but this one is now the closest to my house. There is a small girl with buns in her hair that gives insanely small portions. I love the lamb (Which is $3.5 extra), and she gave about a half grab of the tongs worth both times I've been to this one. The first time I was able to ask a manager and he gave me more, but the second time, there was no manager in sight. We even asked her if that really was all they give the second time we went (after she made sure spending $3.5 extra was ok) and she just said "I don't know" and then gave another half grab of the tongs. All the Cavas I've been to have always been at least 3 full grabs of the tongs and I've never thought that it was not worth the price. Next time I go I guess I'll have to ask for a manager at the meat portion because giving that small of an amount for $3.5 more in unacceptable. Also, if she is working, make sure you get more than just 1 base as she does the same amount of each item whether you get 1 or 3 different bases. If you want to fill up your bowl you'll have to get 3 bases it seems. She also does not give the side pita like all other Cavas do. The first time I went here, the person working the register asked us if we wanted it and somebody else working the line got them for us, but the second time they just didn't offer it at all. I know its new so hopefully they get the training they need. I don't want to have to ask for a...
Read moreUpdate - 6/16/24 - For every reason I've always favored a franchise eatery, the LN store is sometimes failing. Consistency of service & quality gets way out of whack on my recent visit during a full line of waiting customers. I wasn't offered the usual falala bread, & the servers are scooping up ingredients sometimes half the normal amount. And many of the add-ons were empty. So it's like they want you to skip that item or they run to the back to replenish a too small container for the number of customers. It all poses a very uncomfortable experience & the bottom line is this is not what Cava management policy dictates. This store needs adult supervision by competent staff trained according to the franchise requirements. I'm adjusting my overall rating to 2 stars as what we see is often only part of what needs fixing. My first visit - i’d rate it 6 stars if i could. Had the create your own bowl with grilled chicken, rice, 2 greens, 5 toppings, the yogurt dill dressing, & klamata olives which help make it all pop with flavor. I was given a complimentary piece of pita bread & fountain drink. Server explained everything. Very clean & inviting...
Read moreWe come here weekly! Yesterday we walked out before ordering. For the 3 rd time we were the only people in line and waited like 5min no one says hello may I help you? No one says I’ll be right with you. No one even looks at you. You stand there and you think it’s a joke but it’s not they have zero customer service zero I’m telling you. We have watched other people walk out, but because we like the food we stay, but this time we waited to see how long it would take for someone to even acknowledge us and they just didn’t. If you’re going to work in customer service, you need to greet customers tell them you will be right with them. Look at them acknowledge they are there. Who is managing these places...
