OC Sparkle — Local services in Laguna Niguel

All I can say is that OC Sparkle made my daughter feel like a princess! I ordered this dress online from OC Sparkle in CA and it arrived in just over a week in VA. She tried it on and if fit like a charm ( no alterations necessary, yea!) The salesman I spoke with on the telephone was kind and very attentive to a nervous mom ordering her daughter her very first prom dress. He answered all my questions and did not rush me even though I was aware it was heavy prom season. Emily put the dress on and I said "You look just like a princess!" she twirled around and said"I AM a princess in this dress!" We ordered a Terani Couture 2016 Prom dress and it is beyond gorgeous. I didn't really get a chance to look around, but if you want to know if they sell bridesmaid dresses here-no they don't. The store was nice though, very clean and organized but it was very small. There is not much seating space. I went in there hoping that I could find a bridesmaid dress, should have called ahead of time because I wasted the trip. Beware… if you need to return anything they make it near impossible. Only store credit or exchange and has to be within 3 days of received shipment. I’m original box only! May be good service if you go in person but DO not order online unless you are 100% sure you want the item.
