I call in order for ‘Buzz’ at 1:17pm 11-15-19. Ordered a combo. I pay at 3:39 and they look confused. The lady goes into the back and checks. Comes back and says it’s in the oven. The lady on the phone said 15-20min. Ik for a fact that they never started my order because they didn’t believe I was actually ordering. I was being yelled at by my girlfriend because She kept saying I should of ordered early but we had order 19min prior and we would be late home for our guests so she left. I finally receive my pizza at 1:47. The lady doesn’t even offer plates or the packets of peppers or Parmesan. -I’ve never worked at Costco but it didn’t seem To be busy because I live in San Diego and I’ve seen busier and they still get the pizza out on time. And when they are busier they have told me 20-25min -I work at a restaurant and I’m aware of the new law about Utensils. But I...

I stopped by at the food court at Costco Laguna Niguel today and noticed costco more favorites Kiosk user customer. I went to the window purchase line and there the first in line was a mid-age asian lady stood there await the service but seem noone pay any attention. Then the people behind her started to move out and use the kiosk, guess what happened, they got their foods and that asian lady still standing there until I started a complain. The way I see and feel bad foe the old folks and for those who not catching up with the technologies got to stay behind and starving. However I don't want to think this is part of...

This place is always busy.. it's incredible how fast and how much food they can get out the door. I'm glad they accept google pay for visa cards for when you forget your wallet. Parking is always crazy here but it's a great location....easy in and easy out.. I have to say the pepperoni pizza is always cooked well here. It's crazy that the people that work here are not very friendly... But it's a busy kitchen and the food is good so it's definitely a 5 Star place.

*Dropped the rating to 3 stars.. last 10 times I've been here it's been 30 minute wait...
