I wanted to give this particular store a second chance but it quickly turned out to be a sore mistake. The service was just unacceptable at any level. I'm never a pain in the behind customer and I don't post negative reviews, but this experience has pushed me over the edge. There was no signs of minimal courtesy to the customer and the employee (didn't have a name tag on) was just outright rude and visibly annoyed. Heated up my order which I specifically asked her not to do, spilled drink on my personal tumbler and didn't even bother to clean it up. And it is literally impossible to leave a comment on the Starbucks website hence this public post. Iâve never seen such a terrible service in any other Starbucks Iâve ever been. If they donât appreciate the work they should just quit and find something else to do with their free time.
