I don’t often write reviews but after my most recent visit, i thought it’d be best to share my experience:
There’s an older man who is blatantly rude and disrespectful. Has treated me like i was hostile just for asking nicely about orders that i was picking up. (Him and the other staff have been known to ignore customers.)
Yesterday, they had a contractor working on their sewage or plumbing and the ENTIRE STORE reeked that it made it unbearable to stay even for a second. Considering this was going on during their business hours, it made me question how this doesn’t violate public and food safety regulations.. (Their solution: leaving the front door open with a fire extinguisher to keep it from closing)
I truly hope the owner of this establishment works on fixing these issues because i certainly will not be back anytime soon. I hope their corporation sees this also and takes the appropriate...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting this business, and unfortunately, I left disappointed. My daughter went in to purchase a specific product, but when she returned to the car, we realized it wasn’t what she had ordered. I went back inside to address the issue. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and had great customer service, which I appreciated.
However, a male employee came over and immediately became defensive. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he launched into a full recap of his conversation with my daughter and showed no willingness to help or correct the mistake. I chose not to argue and simply took the product and left.
I’m not sure if this was due to poor training or just a lack of professionalism, but I’ve never experienced this kind of response at any food-related establishment—not even at a fast-food chain...

I’ve had enough of this place. As a delivery driver, I’ve never felt more disrespected. The staff consistently ignores both delivery personnel and walk-in customers. You can stand there for minutes without anyone acknowledging your presence — no “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” just blank stares or outright disregard.
Orders are never ready on time, and you’re left waiting far longer than necessary while employees stand around chatting or pretending not to see you. If this is how they treat people trying to do their jobs or customers walking in to give them business, I can only imagine what else they’re neglecting behind the counter.
Save yourself the frustration — there are plenty of better-run smoothie shops out there. This one clearly doesn’t value your time or...
