Ordering on the app was fairly easy. New location just opened. Ready within 30 minutes and when picking up inside service was very quick. Cookies all tasted very good and are served warm. There are not any tables to sit inside it is pickup only. There is no drive thru window and they also do not offer curbside, there is a handicap parking spot. We tried a box of 12 regular cookies. A little expensive in my opinion but it is a nice treat.

I open THE UN-SILLED BOX and there were 11 instead of 12 cookies. I call the store and they argued with me that I was incorrect. TERRIBLE customer service from both employee and manager.

There’s nothing deluxe about the deluxe cookies. You can’t even choose the actual cookies you want in your box it has to be either deluxe or classic. The very rude cashier took our payment even though they were out of many flavors. My boyfriend got his flavors but they were out of mine and she took my payment before checking what flavors they were out of so I had to choose flavors I didn’t even want. Very disappointed. Crumbl, Crave, even Great American cookie is honestly much better than this. Edit: got home and opened my box and didn’t even get the cookies she said I was getting. She threw in a peanut butter cookie instead of the snickerdoodle we ordered. If the amount of unavailable flavors was communicated before taking my payment I simply would’ve came back...
